We were quite disappointed by our experience in this restaurant, we ordered staters and main course and they brought everything together.... My wife had pasta and I had mussels for starter, this was good but all the rest was very disappointing, antipasti very poor, mixed seafood awfull, the kids had meat, not good. On top it was very expensive compared... More

We arrived in this beautiful town yesterday and chanced upon this restaurant which is very near our hotel. Loved the seafood spaghetti, seafood risotto and Ravioli Don Ciccio. We liked it so much that we returned today for the same food! Also loved the carbonata. Highly recommend it!

Our group dined here on our first night in Taormina and we went back there twice. Friendly welcoming staff, Prosecco and Bruschetta on the house and a really good menu of excellent Sicilian food. The Ravioli Don Ciccio is particularly good. Many of the other customers were obviously local families - always a good sign.

This was our favourite restaurant during our stay in Taormina. The best gnocchi gamberini I have EVER tasted. The gnocchi just melted in your mouth. Great service, wonderful food and beautiful atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Charming restaurant, just off the beaten track but worth the walk through the main street to find it. Menus arrived with a small glass of prosecco while we made our choice then complimentary bruschetta was placed in front of us. Food was freshly prepared and the staff, though busy were attentive and efficient. We were so pressed we went back... More

Our hotel recommended Don Ciccio to us on our first night in Taormina. The meal we enjoyed was perfect, starting with the complimentary Prosecco and brushetta as we looked over the menu, it all looked so tasty. Along with a lovely dessert they offered a free almond wine. I had the ravioli as a main and have not stopped talking... More

Just off the Piazza del Duomo in a quiet street. We had delicious Caponata and salads for lunch sitting outside with a plump mother cat and one kitten, clearly the pride and joy of the staff. It was a real pleasure to spend time there, talking in a mix of Italian and English to several staff members all of whom... More
