This place has an amazing setting - by day a little street above Corso Umberto I and by night a lovely courtyard setting for open air dining. The fish and meat courses are excellent and one evening we tried the pizzas which were equally great.

From our B&B we had to climb the stairs and found this quite Pizzeria with tables on the street. Most of our family ordered the Pizza which worked out well. My wife had the Veal with mushrooms and I had the Veal with Lemons. Everything went well.

Had our final meal of the holiday here and pizza was excellent and so was the red wine. Location is great being just off the main high street so quieter but still with a good atmosphere.

I am leaving this review in English (although I am Italian) because I want other non-Italian tourists to understand the problem with this place. The setting is nice. Away from the noise. That is why I am giving it 1 star. The food was just awful. We had the siciliano and norma pizza. They were just ok. The worst part... More

Came here last night, wasn't confident at first, was pointed in the vicinity of upstairs. Walked up, made our own way to the table. Humourless waitress gave us menu's. About 10 minutes later came and took our orders, house white wine arrived at room temperature. Asked for ice to put in our glasses. We were seated by the upstairs toilet... More

We had pizza, it was good and well cooked. The house red is very nice and it is very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our meal here and it in is a beautiful setting

Visiting Taormina for the day we wanted to find somewhere a bit off the well trodden main street for an early evening meal before getting the bus back to Catania. We spotted the sign for this restaurant and followed a narrow street up some steps and into a quiet but smart little square. Clearly we were too early (around 6pm)... More

We were so pleased to have found this place only regret was that we hadn't found it sooner. Lovely rustic food , tasty and freshly made. Nice welcome from waiters (think they are brothers) and the lovely waitress with the spectacles ( the other waitress very frosty, almost rude). We had pizza and lovely chocolate buns with gooey centre mmmmmm,... More

Hard restaurant to find unless you have an idea where it is. Pizza and pasta main courses which we mixed and matched were lovely and extremely tasty. Bottle of local beer was out of date by a few weeks but that didn't bother me as it was very nice! Only issue was one of the waittesses was extremely rude. Not... More

We stayed in Taormina this month and asked at a bar where was a nice place to eat. Once we had found this place we kept going back, on the two occasions we ate elsewhere we regretted it as the food was no where near as good. It is a family business they speak great English the house wine is... More
