Great atmosphere and coffee

We stopped in one evening after dinner and asked if we could sit and have coffee to listen to the guy singing and playing guitar as it sounded so lovely, which they said was fine. We went back the evening after for dinner. The food was nice but not memorable. The atmosphere was special though. It... read more

Calamari and pasta were the worst quality we have eaten in Sicily. Location is great to for people watching though. We ate there to see them Good Friday procession. but plenty of of other good restaurants in Taormina liked as da Cristina.

It's out of season time. Couldn't find any other restaurants open around the area. I read the comments on trip advisor about this restaurant and wanted to give a shot anyway even if the ratings weren't that good. Bread was old. Spaghetti was really really raw. Service was late too. The only good thing was the cleanliness of the restroom.

Stayed nearby and visited the restaurant several times. The food is great, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special, the location is amazing and the atmosphere is perfect for Sicily.

My wife and have just finished eating dinner here for the second time this week. Lunch and Dinner served the usual Italian way - antipasti, primo piato, secondo piato; di terra o di mare (meat or fish) and dessert. We've had a good Nero D'avola wine, a typical scicilian choice, and good - i mean strong - coffee. The fare... More

In a word, touristy. 80's pop blaring, a cat sniffing around the tables, low grade but overpriced wine, and forgettable food. My fault for being lazy at the time and not having done some homework. We were just a walk-in, but there must be a lot like us to keep this place afloat. Without a doubt the least impressive of... More

We had a great little lunch on the patio by the fire during a downpour. Good food, wonderfully hospitable people. Worth a go if you're looking for a good lunch place - the salads and spinach dishes were awesome and super fresh.

Been to several good restaurants here in Taormina so far. This was by far the worst. Cold food, not even cooked properly. Stay away !
