At last!

At last excellent pizza. After eating a number of pizza's that could only be described as having bases that came from a supermarket, the real deal. A bit had to find up and up a small street , it is very much worth the effort. Well priced and popular with the locals as well.

In a week we ate at this restaurant on two occasions. We were not disappointed on either visit. A beautiful setting with attentive and friendly staff made for 2 lovely evenings. There was a great selection if pizzas and there 6 clean plates at the end of both meals- it was delicious. Would definitely recommend!

We went to this place recommended by an Italian citizen who owns a Pizzeria in Australia, so we had our expectations very high - but this place didn't let us down. It was for sure the best Pizza I had in many trips in Italy (maybe even in my life?). Not only the food is great, the location is amazing,... More

We got a fabulous antipasti to share- "country style" plate- there was so many tasty bits on it. We joked saying we should have ordered another and have it as our main dish as it was so tasty. We both got pizza. They were so generous with the toppings and the base was so thin and crispy. They had a... More

Slightly off the main drag (Corso Umberto) in Taormina, Villa Zuccaro was the most picturesque place we ate at in our week in Sicily. Pizzas huge and tasty; service a bit hit and miss but it was really busy - a nice mix of tourists and Italians.

We visited Villa Zuccaro two times, which I think says it all. They have lovely italian pizza with every topping you could think of, including truffle and the Sicilian specialty pistachio pesto. The achilles heal of this place, however, is that it is so highly rated on Tripadvisor. It is very populare and tourist, therefore the service is not very... More

Very lovely place at the end of the Corso. The restaurant is a very nice place, with a calm and beautiful garden. The choice in terms of pizzas is very large but each of them is unique and has a particular taste you will not find in any other place, Monte Etna is my favorite! The place is always very... More

This is a great Pizzeria! They have so many pizza choices everyone can find something they like. They have a great terrace to dine at and although it is a busy place, they never rush you through a meal and you are free to enjoy the setting for as long as you like. The Pizza was amazing! There is nothing... More
