Great pizza place with friendly service. Large choice of pizze. Nice appetisers if you are very hungry. The set up is also lovely in a garden overlooking the cliffs towards the castle. Locals recommended for the best pizza in town.

It's hard to fault this pizzeria so why try? When we visited on a Saturday evening they were very busy indeed and yet the welcome was warm and friendly and the service attentive. Cheerful staff advised on the extensive pizza menu and listened to our likes and dislikes before recommending a very good, relatively inexpensive, local wine from a small... More

Our tour all went here, so we had 26 people sitting outside on the terrace of this wonderful restaurant watching Gabreilla showing us how to make pizza from scratch. What a treat! We had wine poured and then the pizza started coming. Every kind of pizza you would ever want came out of the kitchen. Then a salad and then,... More

This was a beautiful restaurant setting! A huge outdoor patio area, with even an inclosed glass patio area, plus very nice indoor seating. A little hard to find, as it's up a staircase off of the main piazza in Taormina. We ordered 2 different pizza's plenty to share for the 4 of us! I thought the truffle mushroom pizza was... More

Is up some old stone steps, near a 2000bc hellenic mosaic with a beautiful Church Bell Tower to the right. It opens into its own piazza with a pretty tree with the villa and restaurant facing onto and above the square. It was busy and seemed popular with locals and tourists. Our 4 seasons pizza was not very good, the... More

Went to this pizzeria on the basis of the many good ratings on trip advisor. Unfortunately my wife and I found the pizzas to be overrated. We have had much tastier Napoli style pizzas in our visits to Rome and Amalfi. If you have not had a good Napoli pizza before then you may enjoy Pizzeria Zuccaro, otherwise it is... More

Excellent choice of pizzas (probably around 30 types), interesting combinations of ingredients, mix of classic like prosciutto, mozzarella, funghi and local favorites such as aubergine, swordfish, pistachio etc. We've tried three different kinds and for each one of them we thought they were "the best choice ever". The service is very smooth, pizza is at the table in almost no... More

One of the best pizza I ever had. I recommend the one with pistachio... Fabulous ! Since it is a very big restaurant, you may have to wait a bit to get your pizza ...

We were dying to find a pizzeria to eat.. When we looked up hill we saw some signs and decided to go up! What a surprise!! Its very charmy and pizza is soo good!! If you like truffles go on the one with the name of the house, with mushrooms and prociutto crudo!
