The food was okay, the fish was good and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Very good wine but thought the deep frying of the zucchini flowers was too oily.

We dined here 19:30 Friday night and watched about 4 enquiries turned away so make sure you book. Daily specials of octopus, porcini mushrooms, grilled anchovies and stuffed courgette flowers were all excellent. Service was friendly and efficient and more than happy to educate us on local grape varieties when requested. A REALLY enjoyable experience. Out by 21:10 for a... More

The restaurant is impeccable in its choice of ingredients and amazing in how they pull the plates together. Must not miss the stuffed mussels, the baby octopus, the tuna tartar or frankly anything. Chef Turi is a genius and it is a plus if you get to hear him play the piano at the end of the night....a true artist

One of several restaurants recommended by out hotel. It was a good choice. Sit on the outside terrace if possible and enjoy a warm weather dinner. Menu selection was good and the wine list quite good. Overall a meal and setting we remember well.

We arrived to a warm welcome and saw all the boxes of fresh vegetables being taken in. My wife had the zucchini flower filled with cheese and anchovy -excellent and I had my favourite Parmigiana which was quite good. Main courses were fried calamari - good but mainly rings and poor presentation and fried mixed fish with mixed salad and... More

Food is prepared with top sicilian ingredients and serviced with the best wines from the Etna area. Top quality food served by very friendly staff and in an excellent location: nice and quiet area, just off the main street.

The location on a quiet leafy courtyard so close to busy Curso Umberto is a rare advantage. The dishes are original and the chef is clearly passionate about his trade. Phrases from the waiter like "kilometre zero" indicate that local ingredients are preferred and and "slow food" opposite certain items on the menu means the dishes are made to order.... More

In a lovely quiet courtyard, lies this wonderful gem! Interesting Sicilian dishes accompanied by carefully selected wines. We had a delicious Rose from Etna and local seafood. The service is friendly and the chef takes pride in what he serves. Highly recommended!
