Having tried arancini on a previous trip I was eager to try again. We were recommended to this place by another restaurant who did not have it on their own menu. It is small - only a few tables to sit at. -Most people buy to take away. We had the spinach and mozarella arancini and I can't sing its... More

The locals go here & it's a busy place. The chocolate croissants are very good, although I think the filling was Nutella, which seems to be pervasive. The best though was the little pies with the most delicate pastry & stuffed with a variety of fillings. They make different ones every day. Our fav was one filled with ham, cheese,... More

Great pizza very close to main street. Fast paced place, very friendly owners. There is a couple of bar stools inside but mostly people take food out. 2 euro/slice and all of the above make this place an excellent option for a quick on the go lunch.

We picked up a focaccia pizza on our way to the beach for a quick lunch snack. You can see them making the food freshly in front of you. Absolutely delicious. So much flavor and so cheap, you'd be a fool to miss out on this place.

We visited this take away after reading the reviews on trip advisor. We were not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed our midday snack which was good value for money. You can stand or sit at the few tables and benches outside. There is also a table and chairs inside. On our first visit we both had arancini which were delicious! We... More

Not the best pizza in Italy or anything exciting like that, but more than adequate, tasty slices of pizza at just €2/slice with friendly service and you can sit on the steps of the fountain to eat it.

We looked at this pizzeria because it was so highly rated here but it's a takeaway really! A couple of high bar type tables and a few high stools don't make a restaurant. They may do great pizzas.....

If you're looking for some authentic food for take away or a quick bite, go to Da Cristina. Try the arancini (a typical Sicilian ball of rice, meat, and cheese). They're some of the best I've had, and I've tried them in Palermo, Catania, Venice, Hartford and Boston. The 'burro' variety they have here is particularly good. The pizza is... More

I knew that I had chosen the right place for my arancini when I saw local construction workers going in to order their lunch too. The Arancini were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. We had the traditional and the pistachio.
