This place deserves its trip advisor ranking. We went in at lunchtime and the place was full of locals. There are a couple of tables to sit down at or you can take away. Make sure you try both the pizza and the arancini. Your trip won't be complete without it.

Located in a small street in the end of duomo piazza, this place serves the best arancini I've ever tried. They have a big oven that always prepairs fresh and really hot pizzas, sfoglies and arancini. The arancini with ragu is the best. You have to go after this place!!

Can only repeat what has been said previously...for a quick, cheap bite it's not to be missed. The arancini (deep fried, breadcrumbed rice filled balls) are very good and filling (don't over order), our favourite was the aubergine and cheese also the pizza is fine for the price. Sometimes queues of locals which says it all, impossible to eat so... More

For 3 euro's you have a great Arancini here. You can go sit outside and have a great lunch on the square

This place is a real gem. Staff work round the clock producing wonderfully, fresh bakery products. We sampled the pizze and the arancini. Both were absolutely delicious. We visited one lunchtime and there was a long queue out of the door. The locals love it too...and it seems to be a favourite stop for the bus drivers (I can see... More

One of the best pizza I've trying in Sicily, the place is very clean and seems like it's a family business. All the time coming out from the oven fresh and different kinds of pizza. Thank you for the tasty pizza.

We watch Montalbano and I have always wondered what arancini were. So we read the NYT review and went there. Brilliant. Very small, very clean, very friendly and very cheap. They have put their prices up since the NYT review (why not, they have a copy on the wall and I hope that it's been good for business) but four... More

This pizza was very good and what you would imagine as traditional Sicilian style. Make sure to have them heat it up a lot as it tastes best piping hot! This restaurant also serves other Italian goodies. A great place for a quick bite or pizza on the go!

Skip the fancy tourist traps of the town. Go here. True Italian food. Try the Arancini and you will remember them for a long time. Until you visit again.

This seems to be where the Sicilains eat. Very small place offering a lot of choices. My husband ordered pizza and I ordered Arancini. It was the best one i've had on the trip. They also sell beer and small bottles of wine. There isn't much room to sit down, but up the street, there is room by the fountain.... More
