This is one of the places you cannot miss when you are visiting Sicily. It is posh, elegant , charming, seducing and will spoil you. In a historical building you will have a wonderful dining experience with top service. Is there a better value to that?

A magical night, Capo d' Anno, celebrated in Baroque style. The Borgia Palace is a magnificent piece of architectural history and this evening was a rare opportunity to enjoy innovative, yet locally rooted food served in a refreshingly formal style. From your first foot fall on the unbelievable blue marble floor to the first rate table setting, this evening was... More

In Sicilia, you usually go eat food: great food, simple food, local food, fresh food, you do not look for decor and finery. This is the exception to the rule: the staff is charming and knowledgeable, they will listen to you and then make true recommendations (and they are good-looking too). The staples of Sicilain food are all there but... More

Restorante Regina Lucia in the Plazza Duomo, Ortigia was the most Romantic evening....it was fantastic! The location is amazing. It is located on the Plazza Duomo. We sat outdoors and enjoyed every minute of our evening while viewing the beautifully lite Plazza Duomo, with its beautiful architecture, music from local artists and the warmth of Sicily. We started with an... More

This was the best meal we ate in Sicily. The first course of seafood ravioli was wonderful. The tuna was the best I've tasted. The pudding was simply sublime, chocolate heaven. The service was charming. The restaurant itself couldn't be more stylish, in a very understated way. We would have eaten there again but the restaurant was booked for a... More

Regina Lucia’s in a prime location in one corner of the Piazza del Duomo, Ortigia, with extensive indoor seating and a small outdoor area on the piazza itself, ideal for people watching on a warm summer or autumn evening. On the evening we visited we hadn’t booked and it looked quite busy outside so we were very pleased when the... More

Sicilian specialities served with an unusual attention to service and presentation. A glass of Sicilian bubbly and an amuse-bouche are included in the price. As the evening was a bit breezy, we chose to sit in the smart cellar dining room rather than outside on the Piazza Duomo. Friendly service with good English spoken. Certainly a top recommendation for Syracuse,... More

Six of us dined inside the beautiful dining hall (planned to eat outside but our reservation got lost or not placed by the hotel). The restaurant management was able accommodate us even the place was fully booked. The dinner started with the complimentary glass of prosecco, selection of bread with the special olive oil, and appetizers that have been modified... More

We ate here two nights running after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. The first night we had a table outside overlooking the beautiful piazza - just perfect. We enjoyed it so much that we asked our waiter to book the same table for the following night - sadly, he failed to make a booking at all and, when we turned... More

We went here to celebrate my birthday and what a wonderful place to do so! We sat inside to take advantage of the air conditioning. The interior is stunning, chandeliers, candles, white tablecloths etc. The waiters were friendly, polite and very accommodating. The starting glass of prosecco was a lovely touch. All the food and wine we had was excellent.... More
