We had a very enjoyable meal at this little bistro. The bistro itself is located on a narrow street and is very charming and atmospheric with lots of tables outside. The staff are casual, friendly and welcoming - just what you want on a relaxing holiday! The food is extremely reasonably priced. We shared the fish mousse bruschetta to start... More

We arrived at the restaurant without a booking and it looked full with all tables on the street and in side alley occupied. However we were greeted and told we could have a table for 2 in 5 minutes and 'pronto' there it was. The wait staff were very busy but still came promptly to take our orders after a... More

Absolutely charming, plenty of tables outside and it was the best food we had in Sicily. I would highly recommend it.

We found this place having seen excellent reviews. They were fully booked, but found a table for us as we were happy to eat a little early. Helpfulness and level of service was excellent. Serving staff seem to have been selected partly for facility in languages. Our waiter spoke excellent English, and I noticed that the waiter serving the next... More

My husband doesn't normally make such effusive statements. We were both very impressed with the food and the wine and the delightful serving staff. Wonderful French style in this charmingly situated bistro on Via Roma. I had the oysters which were plump and deliciously fresh, followed by the red mullet, which was excellent. My husband had mussels followed by the... More

We went here because of the excellent TA reviews and it didn't disappoint. The food is cooked with great skill and successfully mixes Sicilian and French influences to produce something quite unusual and distinguished by some really intense flavours. As others have mentioned the Burrata starter made of a soft cheese like mozzarella stuffed with anchovy and with a gezpacho... More

Can't recommend it enough, the food is great, easy to find, and if you have an outdoor table you'll love it. Book in advance as it is very popular. Warm thanks to the staff (Arnaud in particular) for their friendliness !

We ate here during a two-day stay in Ortigia and probably made our best choice. We had two excellent starters, homemade burrata and eggplants, as well as perfect main course (including raw tuna) and desserts. We would go back.

After finally getting a reservation here we were particularly excited about our meal but we were very disappointed. We were sat on a table inside the restaurant which was VERY hot and uncomfortable, we were greeted by a waiter who was dressed in shorts and a t shirt and although he did explain the menu to us it was very... We ate here on the last night of our 3 week wedding/honeymoon trip in Italy and Sicily and it was the perfect last dinner. I loved how they combine French influences to create wonderful and delicious dishes. I had the homemade burrata to start and my husband had the lobster. Both were very good, especially the lobster. We both went... More
