Fine dining in downtown Palermo

Cin Cin is a superb restaurant just a few steps off via Liberte. The menu will suit all tastes including vegetarian, and Vincenzo is a welcoming and gracious host. The excellent food is complimented by a very strong, yet well priced wine list. Highly recommended on all fronts.

Excellent food, well prepared, and beautifully presented. We received a recommendation from our tour guide, and she was right on! The owner is on the premises, seeing that everything is just right. The service was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Whenever we stay overnight in Palermo dining at Cin Cin is a must. The ingredients are always the best, the food creative and the atmosphere perfect. Vincenzo is an excellent host and superb chef. I enjoy referring visitors from the US to Cin Cin as a wonderful example of what Palermo has to offer.

This is a great little restaurant that looks like your nonna's house and everyone treats you like family, too. They accommodated our gluten free friend with a special entree and the 4 course meal was exceptional with many local and regional specialties included. Very nice

We had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Vincenzo, (the owner) of Ristorante Cin Cin while we were visiting Palermo. Our day began at one of Palermo's open markets. Vincenzo toured us around the market educating us on all the fresh foods of Sicily available. We relaxed with a cappuccino and had delicious Sicilian snacks after our tour... More

I booked a table in this place but was surprized that they decided not to work at that night (maybe due to football champ.) while they has the other days off. Went round the corner to the other place. :(

The starter of sformato with pumpkin, zucchini and herbs was outstanding; delightful pastas; semifreddo with Marsala and raisins was a terrific end. Proprietor has a super-interesting background.

A small, intimate, cellar setting. Fresh ingredients. The proprietor is the chef and he waits on your table himself! This was the first restaurant we tried in Sicily and it set the stage for all the rest of our food experiences there after. Here we learned about the various Sicilian wines that would be available to us during our trip;... More

Our first dinner in Palermo, taken there by our tour guide. There were several courses and everyone really liked their food. The house wine was quite adequate and the service and setting was excellent. Highly recommended.

What an experience this was! We made a reservation, though didnt need one as its really the off season in Sicily and most restaurants had plenty of tables. We were greeted by Vincenzo Clemente - a Sicilian through and through, though raised in Baton Rogue LA (Sicilians and southerns have a LOT of similarities!) He made us feel welcomed right... More
