We had dinner here our first night in Palermo at the recommendation of our host Nicola at the Palazzo Conte Federico and I am so glad we listened to his suggestion. He phoned ahead for us and we were treated like old friends when we arrived. The waiter explained the choices to us and brought us out two complimentary dips... More

This was right behind where we stayed, so was easy for us to find, but it is out of the way. However, it's worth looking for. The food is fresh, plentiful and reasonably priced. The chef is engaging and the staff friendly. The risotto cozze was delicious and my son said the roast pork was the best he'd ever had.

We had an interesting walk trying to find this tiny restaurant but it was so worth it once we got there; our walking adventure became the side story while the excellent food and service took the lead. The food was creative, tasted wonderful and was beautifully presented without becoming pretentious. The chef came to visit our table twice during our... More

Out of the way place. Small, clean stylish restaurant with great service and food. All the staff came to say hello and gave us a free aperitif and dips. The seafood was very good, sea bass, seafood starter and pasta. Very tasty, not cheap but not pricey either. One of our best lunches in Sicily - a treat! Martin &... More

We came across this restaurant quite by accident when we were asked directions from an American couple looking for it. We decided to stay and eat and were very impressed. The service was friendly and efficient. We chose an entree of mixed Sicilian and Palermo specialities which were fantastic. During our meal, the chef popped out to explain what each... More

I randomly stumbled upon this restaurant while on vacation with my family in the off-season and absolutely fell in love. Some of the best food I have had in my life. The swordfish involtini was amazing and the mixed seafood starter was a great introduction to the diverse category of Sicilian seafood! The staff were fantastic and very friendly. Wanted... More

Wow, I found this restaurant thanks to the comments of the tripadvisor friends. It was not easy to find but it worth searching. We had lunch there. We arrived before the service time but they welcomed us warmly with some complimentary wine. We ordered mussel, seafood ravioli and mixed fish dish. The quality of food was amazing , they provide... This was the essence of a place that the locals go for fine food. The Chef lets the ingredients speak for themselves. Our mussel risotto followed by a grilled sea bass was superb. It was a delight to find this special place even if our cab driver was flummoxed!
