Visiting Palazzo Trabucco was a great experience! Nice and frendly staff, nice and tasty food and quick and skilled service. Nico is the master of service, friendly and polite service. He is very aloof and follow up the customers in great ways. A very nice place and surely to be recommended. See above the negative critics - this isbiter deserved!!!

This restaurant is one of the worst experiences I've ever had!!,,we had passed this place a few times as our apartment was just across the street, and it looked charming and busy from the outside so we thought we'd give it a shot....should have checked it out online first. A disgusting warm anti pasti to start which consists of horrible... More

The menu has a large enough selection of starters, first and second courses, pastas, fish, meat and pizzas.Don't expect fine dining; this is an everyday, affordable run- of- the- mill kind of place that seems to cater to tour groups. That being said, the pizza was decent, the caponata was good too and the pasta was tasty. We were also charmed... More

our first night our in Palermo we unfortunately went to this 'restaurant'. It looked busy we took a chance without checking online. The waitress was the rudest we've ever encountered and basically threw bread on our table. None of the wine we wanted was available - they obviously wanted to pawn us off with their own wine supplier. My fish... More

We were drawn in by Nico, the guy who stands outside and ushers people in. Usually you try to avoid these folks who jump on you and bug you to death until you get away, but Nico is 100% different. He'll assess where he thinks you come from, then greet you in that language. Fun and funny. He's definitely the... More

Nice intro, restaurant looked ok. Pasta was passable but nothing great.. No bread on the table, asked for some then it didn't arrive. Sat there for half an hour with empty drinks till we finally waved down a waiter for our bill.. Wait staff seemed to be constantly arguing with each other.. Not recommended!

We had 2 of our 4 dinners here while in Palermo. The food is so good. But, what really brought us back was the staff - especially Nico. He is absolutely hysterical. Missed his calling - should be a comedian. Instead he is a fantastic waiter. The owner was an absolute sweetheart. My friend forgot his blood-pressure pills back in... More

Ordered 2 dishes for €8 each, somehow came to €25, plus €3 "service" (awful) and €2 for water. Avoid, the food was passable, but everything else about the experience was terrible.

We ate here on four out of our six nights in Palermo because we thoroughly enjoyed the food, wine, waiting staff and general ambience. All the staff were unfailingly helpful and charming, and it was an education to watch the frontman Nico in action, with his witty banter towards passers-by. Don't be worried by the magician who comes round to... More

Need I say more, I would not dine there ever again even if the food were free. Pizza was mostly crust...and the head waitress was akin to Atilla the Hun.
