Average service from the waitress, but pizza was fantastic. Wish to try all the pizza menu. Low price high quality.

The pizza at Frida is fantastic! Prices are just great for the kind of food you're getting... compliments to the chef. The waitresses are a bit strange. There are times were they even forget what you ordered.

Probably the best pizza i've ever tasted. I'm a serious fan of pizza and my comment doesn't come easy. We got a table in about 10min and the service was both quick and pleasent. Biggest problem was choosing the right pizza when there's so many options. Anywho, 2 differents pizzas and both were absolutley great. Prices were very reasonable.

Although the food is good, the staff are rude and unhelpful, and despite having a reservation, we had to wait and hour and a half for our table. Once we were at our table, the staff forgot about us, and as a result we had to ask for menus. Then, after another long wait we had to ask to order,... More

We came at 9 on a Sunday night and the place was packed. There was a gent near the door taking reservations and after about 20-25 mins we managed to get a table. The food certainly didn't disappoint and came at a very reasonable price. The service was excellent and we found the staff to be very friendly. Even though... More

We came there around 8 pm and there were a lot of empty tables. However, later on it became full and so crowded that people were waiting in a long que to get a place! Nevertheless, it was definaly worth a while! The pizza was amazing, even though it was enourmous size and we did not eat half of it.... More

We came on a recent Monday evening and were lucky to get the last table at this great restaurant in the heart of town buzzing with locals. The pizza was the best we had in Italy on a two week trip- authentic and delicious. I highly recommend this spot in Palermo.

It was hard to find but we were quickly rewarded with a nice patio table (on a Saturday night without reservation) but things quickly got VERY busy. We felt like the only tourists there, which was neat and staff was a bit abrupt but friendly enough. The starters were big enough for sharing and the pizza was unbelievably good. Everyone... More

Went on host Luigi's recommendation - very good antipasto and volcano pizza, helpful attentive and polite staff even though very busy, good value and nice atmosphere dining inside. Highly recommended but do book!

Amazing pizza, many choices and kinds! Unfortunatelythe place is small and packed- no room for kids or strollers:( staff is ok- too busy running around to attend tables that pass as careless.. May be they need a few more people
