We turned up without a reservation and had to wait nearly an hour for a table. It was well worth the wait, the food was amazing and the service prompt and polite. If you are in the mood for a pizza then this is the place to go!

Frida Pizzeria was the best place to have pizza. Prices are ok and the service is quite fast. We have been there twice in three days. You do the math!

Frida was highly recommended and always had a line-up when we went by. Went early and got a table on their patio. The patio was very comfortable and the ambiance was nice. Service was fine. The pizza was mediocre. You'll find much better pizza at other pizzerias in the neighbourhood. I must say though that wine and salad were a... More

Absolutely loved the pizza. And the beer. Service was great too! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great pizza in palermo. Get there early to avoid queues.

A must-go. Best pizza in Palermo! Very cheap as well - all pizzas were from $4.50-11.00. Very nice little picturesque quiet square too.

As with other reviews, the service was terrible, surly waitress's who treated us like we were a bad smell! Bruschetta starter was good, shared a pizza which was excellent, ordered a salad that was very average and came with no dressing, we asked for oil and vinegar but none came. Such a shame as this was our last night of... More

Well, like many other reviewers stated, service is bad. When we arrived there were two girls, and the one who took our order was beyond rude. We ordered one starter to share and then my husband ordered a pizza, while i had a salad. We asked if they could bring pizza and salad together. Firstly they forgot the water we... More

I cannot recommend this Pizzeria enough! I saw pizzas and ate a pizza that I never had before, and it was delicious!!! I highly recommend this pizzeria if you are visiting Palermo.

Ate here 3 times in Palermo and worked our way through the menu. Definitely worth the long wait (if no reservation). The portrait pizza was the bomb, as was the mushroom pizza. Not worth getting the buffalo mozz pizzas. Staff was friendly and clientele mixed. Skip the red wine and get white or beer - the reds were undrinkable, staff... More

This pizza restaurant is really busy, make sure you get there early or book, even on a Monday when lots of restaurants are closed. The service, as has been documented on tripadvisor, is curt and very rough around the edges / lacking in smiles and niceties. The pizza was nice, but not as nice as I'd been led to believe... More
