It's a little far from the commercial center of Palermo and you will use a GPS OR A TAXI TO GO THERE.I think that a lot of tourist from the tripadvizor go there and the owner knows it.......so now it became COMMERCIAL....Nice food nothing special except the course with the meat(local speciality).

The reports are true - it's that great. Welcomed by one of the brothers, with the other running the kitchen and all always in motion; instead of bread, we got chickpea crepes and potato croquettes, then the widely-recommended (with just cause) eggplant meatballs; a pesto pasta and a marinara with tons of seafood, and swordfish involtini with a light stuffing.... Really friendly service ( my daughter even got a pottery magnet on leaving), full of locals and great traditional food. Pasta especially good and the biscuits with coffee. A bit hidden away but worth the walk

This restaurant is tucked away next to a busy road on the west side of town, a walk for us, but due to the many good reviews we thought it would be worth it. So we were a little disappointed. The menu has a nice romantic account of the history of the place and area, and the restaurant is vibrant... More

We went here on our last night in Palermo after seeing it reviewed by lots of other people on Trip advisor and were not disappointed. Starters on the house, delicious main courses and desert, complimentary, home baked biscuits which we were too full to eat so we took them home! The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Very well priced,... More

I was in this restaurant for a lunch. They have short menu but everything is incredible. Not so expensive. On the negative side we waited long time - over 45 minutes for food.

I was at the restaurant with my parents during our trip around Sicily. We were looking for real tasty sicilian food and we found it. Short menu with enough dishes to be able to easily decide and a really good price.

Returning to Palermo for the first time in years, this is the best restaurant I have ever been to here. Fresh, tasty dishes, excellent meat, fish and pasta (even gluten-free). It is not the best area in Palermo but it is not far from the cathedral and absolutely worth it. Owner and waiters are nice and it is inexpensive. I... More

Lovely place about 20 minutes walk from our hotel in the old quarter. The food was really nice - loved the pasta and the pastries. The wine selection is good as well. And of course the service was attentive and pleasant. Try it!

Tired and hot after visiting Capella Palatina, to find this non-touristy-sounding trattoria on our tripadvisor app, not too far away, was a gift! On arrival I wasn't disappointed - the owner was so friendly, the restaurant with its check tablecloths was charming with a local feel and the food was fab. We went for the mixed started - which was... More
