We booked here for a romantic Saturday night dinner in Palermo having arrived the previous day. We were particularly swayed by a previous reviewer mentioning a lovely view of a church lit up at night from the balcony and other reviews of excellent local cuisine and good service. However the mention of a view was completely inaccurate, this was a... More

An excellent place to eat in the heart of the old city. This unique place not far from the palazzo reale had treated me to one of the most extraordinary and exclusive Sicilian dishes of all...Black squid spaghetti. This spaghetti was absolutely delicious, and a delicacy that you can only eat in very few places. After this first dish, I... More

We ate at this place on the first night in Palermo. All the dishes ordered were OK, the stuffed octopus was probably the best.

A Sicilian gentlemen suggested my friend and I visited this restaurant; it was just lovely. Full of locals - the ground floor serves authentic Sicilian "street" food and the upper two floors are restaurants. The top floor has a fab balcony overlooking the square and the Church which is lit at night; very picturesque. Food and Prosecco very reasonably priced;... More

delicious food warm host and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend visiting this place. A little difficult to find if you are on the wrong side of the city but definitely worth it.

We heard of this restaurant from our Italian relatives and made the trip from Cefalu` to try it. The food, service and value exceeded our expectations. This restaurant offers complimentary appetizers and coffee and biscotti. The primi and secondi are expertly prepared and very authentic. This restaurant is within walking distance of the Cathedral and in an area of Palermo... More
