Restaurant and Bistro with great traditions

Wonderful place with typical sicilian food. Good value. And yes, they also speak english. On the ground floor is a kind of fast food, and on the first floor restaurant.

Went here with two Sicilian friends who recommended it. Amazing authentic street food, freshly made and a wide choice. We had two selection plates to try as much as possible, but also had a large pane con la milza, which I highly recommend! Chilled atmosphere and not too expensive.

Looked interesting from the outside and when inside it looked genuine and traditional but the food was horrible and expensive.

Very nice place. Absolutely amazing food. Again, again and again. A must for lunch when visiting the beautiful Palermo.

This is a very popular restaurant with table service as well as self service. The variety of food is astonishing. Service was on the slow side because of the number of customers. The waiter had difficulty with the English language and we had some difficulty understanding what certain items contained.

Very cool looking place, good food with good price. Only problem that winter time quite cold, as I think there is no heating. We went here several times, just to try out different dishes. Unfortunately they had few craftbeer bottles on the shelf, but those had run out, so I had to take Moretti.

Stepping through this cafe was like being on a film set. Downstairs is self-service; we sat upstairs to enjoy the view below of the food and of the hustle and bustle of the crowds buying lunch. We ate arancine which were delicious, sampled baked and stuffed sardines, seafood tagliatelle, mixed grilled fish. For dessert we had a chocolate and pistachio... More

Very good finger food shop. You can taste the real taste of Sicilian products. A very famous fast food in Palermo.

It seems a bit crazy if you get there when it's busy but get in line and order from the board or run your eyes over the food there. pane panelle, caponata, Sicilian specials all reasonably priced. If your feeling brave try the Pane Milza a spleen sandwich best eaten hot. It's a fun traditional place that sells street food... More
