Popped in for a quick lunch and stayed for hours. Lovely capaccio of tuna followed by seafood linguini. Generous owner/front of house very helpful and delivered a few freebies and pleasurable sweet Canolo and lemon granita. Shared a glass of wine and made those around me and made a big impression. Will definitely revisit.

I love the location, so close to the city centre but conveniently situated on the outskirts close to the sea. The environment is lovely, the service friendly and cheerful, the food brilliant and the pricing fair. We find it extremely convenient for out final meal before proceeding to Pozzallo to take the catamaran back to Malta. We normally opt for... More

The location of this restaurant is fabulous, with a view on the marina, which is only a few meters away. The choice of sea food here is almost obvious. All (we were five) we ordered mixed seafood starter, and also a first course (in my case, spaghetti with sea urchin eggs, typical of Sicily, but not present everywhere). The problem... More

Well, I went 2 times in a week to this restaurant, and this fact itself tells something. To be honest, one of the reasons was that it was very close to the hotel I slept, but if the food or service were bad I would not go back. The food and wine and service was OK, but not really special... More

We decided to go to Andrew's based on the recommendation of our hotel clerk. Great choice! The staff was warm and friendly, especially Filippo! The food was delicious - best bread of our whole three weeks in Italy, focaccia, spritzes at decent price. We had fried calamari as an antipasto - fabulous! Entrees included a swordfish risotto, pasta with prawns,... More

Visited on Sunday for a late lunch during a recent visit to Catania. Staff was extremely friendly, especially Luca. We were a party of 2 and orders mixed antipasti as a starter. This consisted of focaccia, a dish of various types of carpaccio and a dish of mixed fish deep fried in batter. Everything was to our liking. We then... More
