Get ready to wait if you go there, we felt bad for the waitress, she was alone and the restaurant was full, we had to wait for 45 minutes to get our food and she forgot the bread... That said, the restaurant is beautiful, great atmosphere and the food is to die for, home made pasta and delicious sauces, pasta... More

Great food and service.Really good atmosphere even with only 1 other table occupied on a Monday evening inside this typical Sicillian restaurant . Starters were excellent and a choice from about 14 dishes where you can help yourself to a plateful for 5/6 euros. A number of specials on a board and the 4 of us all had a different... More

It is located near the center of Catania. We paid 20 euros and the food was nice. In the end they offered us a free canollo, which was excellent!

Had the mixed starter which I have to say was fantastic, the mains we had however were decidly average and a bit of a let down to be honest after the starters. All in all though if you are near by I would suggest giving it a look in but there are better and cheaper places in the vicinity.

We originally headed ro Razmataz, but since it was full, with a little luck and the comments here we found Picasso. Tried 3 wines, Isolina, Grillo and a belnd of Syrah and Nero D'Avola upon the waitress ' recommendation. The red was really outstanding and others good too. Go for the antipasti buffet, for six euros it is great value.... More

Dined here on a Tuesday night on a 1 night stay in Catania. We were looking for another place that turned out to be closed and Vineria Picasso was across the street. We were the first table seated outside in the road at around 8:15PM. We had 5 waiters all to ourselves for a while until other people reluctantly straggled... More

Vineria Picasso is located very near the center of Catania - it is on a small street and the best place to eat is at one of the street tables. The food is great - service is attentive, and they have an extremely wide selection of wines, through which the waiter will ably guide you. The antipasto table is varied... More
