Having read the TA reviews on Eat Pizzeria I decided to pay it a visit on a recent trip to Catania. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a modern, contemporary feel. Service was prompt and efficient. The waiter convinced me to try a Pizzolu - a local Sicilian variation on a pizza that is a type of round stuffed... More

This place was recommended by the guide who took us up the Etna. There is a comprehensive selection of pizzas to choose from at a reasonable price. Friendly, efficient and helpful service. Highly recommended.

Followed the TripAdvisor reviews and had a great dinner here - the staff was very inviting and friendly. We received a lengthy explanation in English about the food [rare in Italy!]. It's also worth noting that they were ok about leaving some ingredients out of the pizzas to make them vegetarian. Definitely recommended!

Wonderful pizzolas topped with excellent staff made this a very enjoyable pizzeria. I have live on the island for four years and not found better pizzolas!

This place is amazing -- for many reasons. 1. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful for English speaking people who speak very minimal Italian 2. The food is amazing. We tried their pizza and pizzolo - both of which are very yummy and come with a variety of toppings. I'd never even heard of a pizzolo before, but... More

Eat had just moved to a new, bigger location when we ate there in November and we feared some growing pains, having much enjoyed our last visit a year ago. Not so. Service is till top notch and the pizzas are excellent. The place buzzes so get there early. The only change we noticed was the owner was too rushed... More

We had excellent pizzolo here (a local speciality recommended by our waiter) and it was absolutely delicious, wonderful ingredients including local pistacchios. They gave us a limoncello at the end because we had to wait a bit for our bill (but only really about 5 minutes). Obviously really popular with Italians which says a lot. It has moved a little... We found this little treasure on Tripadvisor. We went once a week after that. The food is amazing! Fresh ingredients, with unique specials. The staff is friendly and courteous, and speaks English. The food is not fast food, but you don't have to wait to wait too long. The Pizzola is the way to go!!!
