Glad to have found this restaurant on our final night in Sicily. The fish was beautiful and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Just brilliant!

Our B&B owner said this is where he chooses to eat. In our last night we thought we'd give it a go and it was excellent. Authentic Italian cuisine, cooked in what looks like the family kitchen. Beautiful pasta, fantastic wine. Service is, as someone else has already said, a bit "Sicilian" but it's certainly not rude. Often us "Westerners"... More

We didn't expect too much here. We'd stayed close by a year ago and hadn't been tempted. It was almost empty when we dropped in on a Monday night but we're glad we took the plunge. Service was a bit, well, Sicilian - a touch offhand - but warmed during the meal and the food was excellent. These people really... More

Have eaten there twice in a week, including new years eve, and both times it had been a delight. Great attentive friendly service and lots of fresh beautifully cooked local fish. No frills restaurant but, Give it a go.

Simple decor, great seafood with excellent service from Dario, granted it was quiet. the seafood chef's special is a must, it seemed to go on and on

I've been living in Sicily for 8 months now, moving around pretty much everywhere though I've spent quite a lot of time in Catania. I've come back here time and time again. Food is absolutely great, but what keeps bringing me back is the consistency. You see a good restaurant will provide an all round experience. A fantastic restaurant will... More

My friends and I all stopped to eat here while passing it on a street while exploring and we all agreed that it was the best meal we have ever had! The service was great, and the food was excellent and extremely reasonable prices! 9 euro for a seafood dish! And it was fresh and delicious. We want to go... More

The food is maybe good, freshest and best quality there, However they put too much salt and oil into it, to my taste. I had a solid thirst and fatty aftertaste the entire evening after leaving the place. But if you like it like that then it's a place for you. Pesce spada from grill was really good (salty though)... We had diner at this restaurant which was ok. The squid ink spaghetti were really nice but the decor could be freshned up.

Was looking forward to eating here with the recommendation from our hotel. Don't know what happened but was terrible. Service not good beer hot, white wine hot and red wine cold. I had spaghetti with clams and it was so salty I could not eat it. Really disappointing would not go back
