A cute small place for a truly indian taste

I enjoyed the very intimate atmosphere of this place together with the food served. The tables are very suitable for couples or for small groups of friends (2 to 4). The food is very valuable. Along with dhaal and paneer dishes, it has a very good traditional mango lassi.

This was our second visit here What can I say one of the best Indian meals we have tasted. The place is clean you can see straight through to the kitchens to where the Indian chefs cook your food while you wait The very best Indian you could want and very reasonable prices to match €31 for 2 starters 2 mains... It's a place always full of people who love coming here. And on weekends you sometimes have to wait outside a little to come in. But it's worth. The food is really good especially rice with shrimps is my favorite. I haven't tried it all yet but I will. I've already ordered takeaway for a few times and it was as... More

Stopping in for lunch, we found the small place very friendly and the food very good. The lamb curry was flavorful without being overly spicy. White rice was cold, so a tad disappointing. The plain nan was good. Lunch for two was only Euro 12.25, with one starter, one rice, one curry, two waters, and nan..

I dont tend to dine ever on plastic seats or from disposable plates. It is a shame that they don't use cheap crockery instead. The food however is amazing, their is a viewing window into a very clean kitchen. The skewer cooked tandoori meat is succulent and tasty, there is a tandoored chicken Malhaki which is more herby than spicy... More

As an Indian and as a very very picky eater of Indian food (in ten years, have not found a half decent Indian restaurant in Zurich), I was blown away by the amazing 'home cooked meal' flavours of this small (barely 30 covers) Indian restaurant in Cagliari, of all places. After ten days of great Italian food, I was craving... More

Not usually an eater of Indian food so wasn't sure what to expect, but after visiting Tandoori I think I've been converted! The chicken biryani was delicious. Portion size was just right. The price was extremely reasonable! One of our cheapest but most enjoyable meals in Cagliari. The paper plates and cutlery aren't exactly restaurant standard but not enough to... More

Great food! I love the butter chicken and naan. There is also a clear window so you can see the kitchen - really cool! (Also, there is something admirable about transparency with the kitchen).

I have been to this restaurant while I was on vacations in Cagliari, Italy. It is fantastic restaurant with good food at really affordable prices. The people cooking the food are real Indians and therefore the flavour is truly Indian. But be aware, the restaurant is usually very crowded and filled with Italian people, once, I had to wait outside... More

It was a wonderful experience visiting Tandoori Cagliari..the only Indian restaurant in Cagliari Italy. True value for money with good taste. Centrally located, the owner Sandeep singh leaves no stone unturned to make it a memorable one. Just loved being there. Thanks Sandeep and all the staff members.
