A little bit off the beaten track, but you'll find this spot past the Torre di San Giovanni, down some steps in a new shopping development.. Staff are lovely and speak English. I visited around half four and could choose from a range of coffees or drinks. I kept it simple with a latte for €1.30. The café also offered... More

For morning coffee treat yourself to a Cafè Marocchino and read the paper, use the wifi, or chat with friends; check out "AperiCena" evenings - a Milanese style aperitivo with buffet food. The staff are friendly and speak English. Dog-friendly.

Unlike most Italian bars where coffee is a fast affair Bar Pazzi offers an atmosphere where one can easily loose a morning over one cappucino. It is an eclectic mix of Italian and English kitsch with charm. The staff are friendly without being invasive. It is definietly a place to vist alone or with friends including four legged ones... All this was torn down by real estate speculators and replaced by the so-called Piazza dei Mercati. This was all very controversial and there were a lot of unhappy people. I... More

I am a regular tourist in Alghero and I did discover this bar through a friend. I love it straight away. It is decorated with some London style, very modern and trendy, you can seat in the terrace and will not want to go. If you have a change to talk with the lovely young and energetic couple that runs... More

Until recently I lived in Alghero and spent a lot of time in this cafe, it's great for breakfast, and even lunch when they offer it. It's also very good for aperitivo, Often they have organised evenings with wine tasting etc. At the weekends there is often a dj playing decent music, which is quite difficult to find in alghero.There...
