Book it!

Went for first time to this place, and I know most of the restaurants in Alghero as have been coming here for over 10 years. Nice food but some dishes you must pre-order so the menu may not reflect what you can have if you just arrive ad-hoc. We were lucky to get a table for 2 at 7.30, but... read more

The pizza was great with a crust never tasted before! The prosciutto with melon was fantastic! Great place to get out of the hot sun for a while.

This restaurant is a little bit off the usual tourist path and that works in its favor. We enjoyed excellent Pizzas with great service. Thumbs up and a total recommendation.

We went there late night. First impression great, very nice interior, friendly staff and full. We sat down ....and after only a few seconds notices how quietly everyone is talking. It is because they have no radio. We ordered a pizza (with gorgonzola, radichio and walnuts) and spaghetti (with mussels, clams and shrimps). The food was fingrrlicking good. So it... More

Back after two years very disappointing. My favourite place, best pizza ever, now serves soggy pizzas, basically uncooked, very poor shrimp cocktail, a sample of grilled vegetables charged at full price. Real pity, very sad! Hope the lady owner does something about it.

Go there for pizza, they specialise in pizza. And people love it, its full of locals and tourists. And its cheap too. Its located in a quiet street in the old town, bit away from the main streets, but so worth it. The interior is also very nice, like in the old cellar. The service was pretty good, even tho... More

Extensive menu, lots of locals, friendly staff. We managed to get a table without booking. Cheapest place we ate out at and was better than some of the more expensive restaurants. A charming and authentic dining experience.

Really enjoyed our visit here. Both had pasta dishes which were very tasty, washed down with half carafe of lovely house red. Lovely waitress talked us through the deserts, & gave us good recommendations. Restaurant also very good value. Can see its a popular spot with the locals too.

We went to this restaurant late at night and there was a large party of Italians so we knew it must be good. We had a seafood platter to start and a pizza and pasta dish for our mains. The food was amazing and the prices are very good considering it is right by the harbour.

We ate here for dinner. We shared the antipasto del mare which was a little too adventurous for us...many tentacles! We each ordered a pizza. They are wood-fired and were probably the best pizza crusts we have ever eaten. Atmosphere was very authentic--almost cave-like--to match the arch of the wood fire oven. House wine was good. Too full for dessert... More
