You have to be really hungry if you go to Mabrouk, but then it's a feast: 6 antipasti, 3 pasta all with fish, zuppa di pesce and finally torta di mandorle, wine, water and mirto. Extraordinary taste and quality.

I have been to Mabrouk 3-4 times and every time it has been exceptional. For a set price, you are served numerous courses of gorgeous, fresh seafood

This was a fantastic experience. It's a set menu so if you're a fussy eater this isn't the place for you but we loved it as it meant getting to sample lots of different things we normally might not try. The squid ink gnocchi was a particularly favourite of mine, delicious! There is a lot of food so if you... More

Then come here. Marbouk is a legend in the city. Make reservations or you will be one of the lonely ones walking by. Fish and seafood are here. The menu is set. You don't know what will come next. Like a first date, the thoughts run through your mind. What will be next. Just sit back and listen, smell, taste... More

It really is the best place to eat in Alghero. Just a couple tables, fresh seafood, fresh fish, some of the best pasta I ever ate. It is a lot of food, everything is delicious and the fixed price includes wine, water and limoncello. Mostly recommended!!!!

A very strange experience....after I saw the rewies I expected someting else. The reality, acording to me, is completily different: a kind of canteen, fix menu with poor wine included(?!), mediocre food. I think the kitchen is to small, the cooking posibilities are reduced compared with the number of customers.

Fixed price and fixed fish-only menu. 5 starters, 3 first courses and 2 main courses plus desserts. Just sit back and let it arrive. Some dishes I'd never eaten before - all delicious. Our best meal in Alghero.

Absolutely fabulous experience. No choice set menu, unlimited wine and water. The food just kept on coming. Five antipasti dishes; three primi - cuttlefish risotto, linguine with tuna; sublime ravioli with courgettes and bottarga; mains - a roasted whole fish with potatoes; fried squid; huge plateful of gamberi; dessert and limoncello. And all this for just two of us! We... More

This is a lovely restaurant, but be prepared to try food you may not normally eat!! There is no menu, the food is just put in front of you!! They are like tasting plates of different seafood, but don't eat too much during the day, as you will be very full!! 4 starter plates, then mussels, then 2/3 pasta/risotto dishes,... More
