This is a pay one price (40 Euro) per person, including local wine and serves just seafood. Come hungry....no, come here famished. I think we had 10 courses of fresh fish made so many wonderful ways. Owner is on-site and with her watchful eye- makes sure that her patrons are happy and well-fed. Do make reservations in advance, or you... More

the fixed menu is served to you continuously, very well done Sardinian local seafood specialities, all very tasty, though for our little stomach it was an overkill, we were able to eat maybe 50% what was served and also it was a tad expensive. Also playing TV on top of us was in our eyes negative, but probably ok for... More

A nice restaurant offering a single menu in 10 dishes. Very good taste of sardenian seafood specialties.

I went with my boyfriend for the set Menu. We booked a table the day before, as the same day it was all booked already! Had all the mentioned starters of seafood and two pasta dishes and one risotto and then came the Lobster Sardegnan style! So delicious w fresh tomato, parsley and onion with a special buttery olive oil... More

Mabrouk is an interesting place. A tiny little place down the road from Piazza Civica and nestled under the sea wall of the old town, it's not the most prepossessing of restaurants in a city that boasts fantastically sited and designed eateries all over the place. There is just one small doorway leading in from the cobbled lane outside, winding... More

On holiday with my girlfriend in Alghero had a look on trip advisor for a nice sea food restaurant and unfortunately came across the great mabrouk... As soon as we arrived we got ask by a busy waitress if we had any bookings, we told her that we didn't and she want to have a look around for a table.... More

We visited this restaurant on our last night in Alghero and it is just as good as the reviews suggest and probably our favourite restaurant in Alghero! We had 5 starters (breaded fish, fish salad, peaches and swordfish, aubergines in a tomato sauce etc), 3 pasta dishes (ravioli, ragu and a risotto), King prawns, fish and calamari and finished off... We were amazed at the number of dishes and the variety of seafood served in this restaurant 40 euro and the food just keeps coming as does the wine all cooked to very high standard, even lemoncello at the end of the meal no service charge despite it being excellent recommend but you must be a fish lover or you... We went last night and really glad we did. We were lucky to get in but you need to book. You also need to ensure you are hungry as you get 11 dishes. There is no menu as you only get local seasonal fish of the house. You get wine and water and then 5 dishes turn up. One was... More
