We first visited Caffe Borghese on a one night stop over in Bari prior to joining a cruise. We found the service friendly and warm and were provided a menu in english, which was a nice touch. The meal that we had was inexpensive and full of flavour and the recommended wine was wonderful. Following our cruise, we found ourselves... More

We were recommended by Massimo who worked at la ciclatera. We wanted good satisfying food and we got it. Pasta was sooooo good. Fresh flavorful and satisfying. Olive focaccia bread was fantastic as well. Only wish we had a decent pasta place here in the states. Fresh handmade kind!

We were trying to catch a meal before our flight. They close down the kitchen in the middle of the day, but gave us some options. The cold pasta dish and the mozzarella salad with tomatoes were just perfect. They were so very kind. We wish we had stopped there previously, but we know for next time.

Excellent place for a meeting with friends not only for chatting but for wining and dinning, too. Very friendly staff and perfect cuisine. Wine list not to long but well sellected (you can try hier puglian wine flagship's" Falcone and Caletta di Pretto). Delicious macaroni. excellent location in the center of Bari.

We were two nights in Bari and we ate twice in this restaurant. The people are very friendly and they can speak English. And the food is divine!!!! They have so many delicious dishes on their menu that it is really difficult to decide what to eat. It's a pity we left Bari after two days there was so much... More
