Especially appreciated are the dishes of fish (the famous "ravioli" with squid ink and "spaghetti alla chitarra" with sauce of cicadas Greek) fixed menu and daily specials (which vary depending on the raw materials available). Eccellenti specialita, ambiente accogliente e raffinato, servizio impeccabile fanno del ristorante La Muraya un assoluto punto di riferimento nel capoluogo pugliese. A La Muraya tutti i sapori autentici della cucina locale barese trovano casa e degno spazio. L'accoglienza e l'ospitalita che lo staff, sapientemente guidato dal titolare Nino rinomato per il suo "girare" tra i tavoli per sincerarsi che tutto proceda per il meglio, accanto alla ricerca di ingredienti a chilometro zero e di primissima scelta sono solo alcuni dei punti di forza de La Muraya. And this is what this place is, from beginning to end. No frills but great food and great environment. The owner, Nino, keeps coming round and guiding you in what to take. This came recommended through a friend from Bari and it lived up to it. It was right across from our hotel, very close to the port and old town. La Muraya was recommended to us by our hotel. There was a bit of a language barrier so we weren't exactly sure of what we were ordering however we were told it was all food typical of the Puglia region.
