some friends brought me here for lunch. the restaurant is very characteristic, the service is great and the food is delicious. we had some prosciutto from the Berici region, steak tartare (prepared in 3 different versions), and we thought that everything was absolutely delicious. strongly recommended.

Good food, nice atmosphere, friendly Staff and correct prices. We had a great time. The owner acted like a rooster in a hen's house, which was a bit disturbing.

This restaurant gives pizza a different approach. i had the vegetarian pizza. It was truly wonderful, with a topping of fresh seasonal vegetables. My eating partner, had the ham pizza, the ham was of a very good qualityThe pizza crust was thin, and cooked to perfection. Also the house wine served by the 1/4 or 1/2 litre was excellent value,... If you are not Italian, good luck in this place. They made us wait 20 minutes for our menus, 45 minutes for hour food, 30 minutes for our check. They told my friend that he was to fat for the meal he ask for. The waiter told him that he need it a bigger plate for he's size. The food... More

The outdoor setting is about as good as it gets in Vicenza, right on the main piazza without a car in sight, with an excellent view of the Palladian arches of the Basilica. The menu has several varied options, so even if it isn't huge you are sure to find something you are hungry to try. Only downer is wine... More

I have been here 3 times and this is a nice restaurant, great, friendly service and a charming location. I do find the menu a bit limited, especially if you don't like fish. They have a few items of this and that but nothing really special. While they do offer several wine selections by the glass and more than most... More

Looking for somewhere to eat in the early evening before catching a train, we were recommended this restaurant by the owner of a takeaway pizzeria. We were really glad of this, because otherwise we might have assumed it was just another pizza place. As it filled up, and with very professional service, we realised this is a cut above the... More

We lucked out finding this restaurant; the bartender on the roof of the Basilica Palladio told us about it. Get the pizza; in particular, ask which of the pizzas are rolled up. I had an amazing pizza based on eggplant "cream" -- the pizza is very thin-crusted, and then rolled up and sliced and beautifully arranged on the place, along... More
