Very very good

A great spot for dinner. A somewhat small pasta/main menu but the options were all very good. Be sure to get the prosciutto platter.

Interesting "vertical" tasting plate of Parma ham: 18, 24 and 36 month aged on the same plate, to compare. Excellent zucchini flower risotto. Bad tiramisu (otherwise would have rated 5). Rare in Italy: half bottles of wines in the wine list.

This is the second time we have been here and although the first time was really good the service and food this time was outstanding. If you are a fan of prosciutto then you need to go here. Their mixed meat and cheese platters were fantastic. We were with a group of 13 and sometimes you can find with such... More

Eat here one evening while in Verona for 3 days. Good menu choice with food excellently cooked and well presented and my wife recommends the puds! We sat outside arriving at approx 18:30 and didn't see any other dinners to well after 19:00. Service was ok, but be careful of extras, eg drinks, charge for sitting outside, service charge etc... We had an evening meal at Il Banco and opted to sit outside. That part of the restaurant faces what should be a fairly quiet street, but the roar of over-enthusiastic scooter riders was pretty tedious. It was also a little mal-odorous! Yep, we should have moved inside. The prosciutto tasting was interesting and the food was generally ok rather... More

Very nice place with friendly stuff. I am a vegeterian and it was imposible to find something meat-free in the menu. But as I said the stuff was very nice and kind and were willing to prepare me something off menu without meat which was great!

This restaurant is rated #10 in Verona at the moment so we thought we'd try it for a special night out. I don't feel it lived up to the rating (see title of my review). I felt the dishes were a little too salty, maybe even bland at the same time (sounds impossible but it's true), the bread was dry.... More

Just had the great chance to try this restaurant. It is a mixture of a tavern and wine basement. The "prosciutto" is unforgettable. The food was extraordinary. People were very friendly. So good experience when in Verona. Hope to come back again. And soon.

It would be easy to wander past this wonderful restaurant because from the outside it looks like a small cafe..don't walk by! There's a wonderful vaulted ceiling restaurant hidden downstsirs serving some of the best Italian cuisine! Great foccacia, fabulous hams, and the rack of lamb was exquisite! Excellent service and extensive wine list. Prices are very reasonable, it's often... More
