Gorgeous little wine bar that's great value for money. Myself and three friends stumbled across it after dinner and spent much longer than we had planned inside. The wine is incredibly reasonably priced - a small glass of house white will set you back two euros, and I had a very smooth glass of red for 3.50. There are little... More

Had a lovely lunch here - great selection of tapas, squid salad, pasta, parma, foccacia with tomatoes - lots to choose from but make sure you don't arrive too late as they had run out of quite a few things by 2pm. Delicious red wines on offer and the house white was excellent. Seats are at a premium but just... More

Dear Dorothy, Thank you for taking time to write about us. I was sorry to hear that we had run out of quite a few menu items. This should not happen even though it is difficult to manage always having extremely fresh and quality produce. I am sure that our staff were courteous but I still apologise for this lapse... More

After strolling past several places in bustling Verona we noticed this small osteria run by a leading Valpo producer. Their own wines - we're talking Buglioni here - have good taste and reputation, the Osteria seemed kind of a 'brand restaurant' and we left with a positive vibe: the salad and roast beef with red onions in agrodolce were simple... Dear Japser, Thank you for your review. You are correct in that our Osteria chain ( 4 currently ) is there to promote our wines, in an atmosphere suitable for enjoying a great wine. Shortly we will be extending our locations as we enter into a franchise offering of this model. Thank you again for your time. Mark More

A very welcoming wine bar with excellent food. The wine choices from the local area are magical, ranging from "standard" price house white and red wines through to top quality Amerones. Take the meat dishes to accompany the wine and enjoy the high tables in the centre of Verona.

You HAVE to visit this place, the food is exquisite, the service spectacular. Mamo, the chef is clearly a genius, and the wines on offer (from owner Mariano Buglioni's estate) are some of the best i've had. This place made my visit to Verona even more special than it already was. Two words: go here!!

Great and busy ambience for a traditional loud Italian quick lunch. Sit at a table or even at the bar and choose a couple of the fresh crostinis or some tomato and mozzarella di buffala with a glass of wine! Service was good and decoration was great (prosciutto legs hand from the walls) Would totally go back!

Stumbled on this lovely place for a light lunch time stop. The wines and wonderful aperitivo bites are quite simply divine. If the small topped breads come to end them enjoy a plate of the prosciutto sliced before your very eyes. The sparkling spudumato was so good we took a bottle away with us for the opera. Enjoy!

The wine was excellent and from a vineyard owned by the same people. The antipasti was good and fit the wine perfectly. The main courses we had were what you see is what you get. Nothing to write home about, but a decent value for money.

We went here on a Veronese friends' recommendation and it was fantastic. We arrived at the end of lunch hour and we were still given excellent service. The wait staff were very friendly (unlike most italian wait staff) and were happy to translate the parts of the menu that we didn't understand. They gave good recommendations and the overall atmosphere... More

loved the strachiatelli and prosciutto with a glass (or two) of Valpolicella Ripassa. Check out the hand driven slicing machine behind the bar
