We dined here before going to the opera. The menu has a lovely selection of food. With one vegetarian and one gluten free our family has become rather demanding. We had no problem finding food to make everyone happy. Prices reasonable considering quality. Lovely atmosphere in the open courtyard.

We had about two hours before the opera was to begin and asked the hotel for a suggestion. They called to make sure celiacs would be accommodated. We could not eat the pasta, but the menu had lots of other items that worked. For starters, we had some sort of flowers filled with cheese, olives, tomatoes and more. Really tasty.... More

In Verona for a few days, wanted a lunch off the normal tourist plazas and used trip adviser to find this place for a leisurely lunch. The rating is accurate, beautiful food in a nice quiet outdoor courtyard, only Italians eating which is always a good sign. Enjoy

We had a delicious chicken liver pate appetizer and a couple of very tasty pasta dishes. The portions were modest and the pastas were flavorful while not being overly oily or buttery -- an issue we encountered at other restaurants in Verona. This place was also off the beaten path and patronized by locals -- always a good sign and... More

The restaurant is very cozy. The personnel were friendly and most of the dishes were excellent. Just the Linguini with the truffle sauce was bland and lacked some taste. The prices were definitely OK.

I've been in this osteria several times. I love it! The menu is not very large, but it is not hard to find something that meet your taste and the food is very good. Also the service very good. I recommend Tortelloni di Ugo and the "home-made" cakes. The price is on average with other restaurants in Verona (for one... More

Was impressed by the quality of food here, the lamb was cooked beautifully, the horse in amarone had depth in flavour, the tortellini was exceptional, the house amarone was also very agreeable. There is enough on the menu and sweets in the cabinet to justify repeated visits here.

We would never have found this charming restaurant if it had not been recommended to us by our hotel. It is down a small back street, you wouldn't even think to go down there looking for a place to eat. The food was simply lovely, as was the wine. The service friendly and efficient, the price reasonable. It was the... More
