We often eat at Michelin starred restaurants and even though this one doesn't have any, this is one of the best meals we've ever, and for a very reasonable price.

Interesting establishment, the bar area is fun and service just as attentive in the dining area. We started off in the bar with a glass of wine and some bites to eat. The restaurant, the food, the wine and service all excellent. The M-d piloted us through the menu and wine list to very good effect. Best birthday lunch in... More

Had a great meal here in late October, Walter the maitre' d was great and so was the other waiters, good atmosphere whilst sitting viewing the gondalas go by... we got a bit cheeky towards the end of our meal and scared some of the tourists going by oops! Food was beautiful, lovely truffle tagliolini and turbot. Would recommend and... More

this small restaurant is tucked away , a short walk from. St Marks . Pic had lunch with a business colleague. Service is impeccable. The Maitre D'. seems to speak every language under sun. It has a charming atmosphere , worth going to see the interior decor . Don't be fooled by the bar area in front, the restaurant is... More

This is one of five restaurants that we returned to on our second trip to Italy; in perspective, we had 31 lunches/dinners in Italy this trip and only 5 were repeaters from six years ago. We had very special evenings at Bistrot de Venise on both occasions. In this instance we arrived an hour ahead of reservations, so gave up... More

I've eaten in michelin stared restaurants and in cheap trattorias, so I'm pretty much open to anything, but this place pretends to be something it's not.The food is pretty average and there are so many places in Venice where you can get a much better meal for a lot less money. The wine was great though.

The duck with apple and red onion was delicious as was the creme brûlée. Service is professional and the wine list extensive. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best in Venice and you know you are eating genuine Italian/Venetian food by the locals and not some one pretending to be. An experience you will not regret, a must for lovers.

My boyfriend found the information about this restaurant on trip adviser. And we found it to be the best place to eat in Venice. The service was good and nice, and the food was really delicious! Try their pasta with langoustine! It was melting in my mouth. We came back there 2 times after. The only one thing that i... More

Hello, just returned from a weekend in Venice with my wife, it's the 1st time we have visited and as such we checked out all the reviews and sites for a special meal.
