Excellent for its Price, Amazing staff

Wont talk a lot about pasta as everybody already commented over it maybe I'll balance a little bit as could be better, but for its price we can't ask much more. Also portant to mention the pasta is actually 100% fresh, just ask the staff to get a sample before cooking, they will be happy to do... read more

Went here at the start of August having read some TripAdvisor reviews. Definitely not all its made out to be. Approximately 20 minutes wait (which was fine) but the one of our 2 orders was wrong and as there is no inside seating we were well away before we realised. The pasta we did get were both horrendously under-seasoned and... More

great pasta, reasonable price. Pasta to go... Turn left upon leaving the store then right turn, a dead end street opening to the canal, sat along the edge grubbing our food and enjoying the cool summer air, so Venice!

Really awesome pasta to go. Two types of pasta + more styles to choose from... Awesome quality / flavor. My daughter after weeks still talks about the 4 cheese pasta.. Only drawback is takeout, but EXCELLENT value for money.

Went on an expedition to find it after reading the good reviews. Couldn't see any evidence of "fresh" pasta, they had dried pasta on the counter and I can't imagine they're making fresh fusilli in that tiny kitchen, especially in the quantity they seem to be moving. We ordered "pesto" which was more like a pesto white sauce, seemed kinda... More

Fresh pasta to take away. No frills or gimmicks here in a city full of them. Small menu; pick your pasta: pick your sauce and add on extras like mozzarella or chilli for 50cent. You can also add on meat for €1. We got the Mama rosa which was tomato and bechamel sauce and the Marinara which is spicy tomato... More

We went to this place after reading the great reviews on tripadvisor. And we weren't disappointed! The pasta was fresh and tasty, the sauces were amazing. The 4 cheese sauce was the best among what we ordered. And the service was friendly too. Must visit while in venice.

Cheap and delicious fresh pasta in Venizia? That's a rare find and I'm so glad I bumped into it by chance, but so sad I only found out about it on my last day in Venice. I had the 4 cheese linguini and it was delicious! A fun, hole-in-the-wall kind of place run by a bunch of young and energetic... More

Tasty pastas with two pastas to choose from and several sauces. Nice fresh flavours. No seating but nice to eat and walk by the canals. Worth a visit!

Amazing pasta - super tasty! Good section of pastas made fresh in front of you. This is fresh pasta, not the dried stuff.

Staying in Castello

Neighborhood Profile
Castello
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighborhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.
