OK I know that's a large claim but in my experience, this was the best pasta in Italy. It's cooked fresh, and served hot right there in about 5 minutes. You have to eat it right away, and trust me you'll be blowing on it to cool down so you can eat it faster. I got the pesto pasta and... More

Best place to go in Venice, for a quick and tasty lunch. Both owner and staff are extremely nice and speak several languages. I was even holding up the line because we had a whole conversation in Spanish. Highly recommend this place!

Pretty much what everybody has written is true, great pasta and great value. We were 6 people and everybody loved there pasta dish. I personally tasted 4-5 different dishes from our group and they were all good. This place is extremely busy. If desired, these guys could get away with behaving like the Soup nazi (for Seinfeld fans). Instead the... More

It is definitely not the best pasta in Italy as people would mention. For the budget conscious, yes, it is good because for the cheap eats there's a lot of food for the price. It doesn't deserve to be Tripadvisor's #1, not by a long shot. It's certainly not worth the 30 minute wait before I got to order. I've... More

It was pretty hard to find it,but when you see the line of people you know that something good is distributed from the window of the shop/restaurant.The pasta is to die for, best pasta in my whole life.Me and my girlfriend got so hungry looking for it so decide to take 4 portions, but the man on the ordering bar convinced us... My husband and I loved Alfredino's. There is no where to sit down. It really is this quaint little shop where you go in and order the kind of pasta you like and the sauce. You then wait outside for the to call your number. You get your pasta and then just find somewhere nice to sit outside. It is... More

Pasta was as advertised. Fresh and tasty. The orders were done efficiently in spite of the lines and clearly there is a cult following even for short term tourists in Venice. My only complaint is the take out Chinese containers it comes in. The pasta at the bottom as a result of concentration of heat gets overcooked and the sauce... More

This place is so cool! The staff is hilarious and speak many languages :) The pasta is prepared really fast (less than 5 mins) and is absolutely delicious and fresh. Make sure you eat it right away. Just choose a nice place by the channel, with the view of the gondolas and enjoy your meal. This pasta was much better... More

When we arrived in Venice the first day we already researched this place, we set out and attempted to make our way toward the restaurant which we discovered we were far from. Got grumpy and hungry so we ate at amother place. Next day.... mission continued and alas we found it. Look for the chinese style boxes and keep asking... More
