We went here as we wanted mexican food and I had found this place on Google. It took a little while to locate as the map took us the wrong way. It doesn't look much from the outside but it's got a great little outdoor area at the back. Iy's also located away from the touristy areas which we teally... More

Went there with a local, who insisted that we should try this place; glad we did. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy; forget everything about traditional trattorias and tavernas and think of an italian version of TGI Fridays. BUT the food is awesome --this was the best calzone I have ever tried and very reasonable priced. When I will go... More

This place specialises in roast chicken - we ate there last Christmas day and again 23rd Dec this year. You get a whole small chicken - none of those random bits of chicken like in Nandos - much better. The pizzas pasta and Mexican are all to a high standard too, judging from the food served to a party near... More

We stopped in our first evening trying to find a place to eat. The staff were nice and seated us promptly offering us drinks and some of the richest and most delicious hot cocoa on a rainy evening. Dinner doesn't start until 7 so we enjoyed cocoa and wine for some. I was expecting tiny European sized portions and nearly... More

Pretty efficient waiter which was friendly and helpful. We ordered fajitas and nachos, good both. Nice with a break from pizza and pasta. Prices also friendly for our wallet! Recommended :)

Met a friend here for lunch on our last day on Italy. What a let down after the last 2 weeks in this fabulous country. Ordered 3 paninis and after almost an hour we finally questioned them where our lunch was as everybody else who came after us had eaten. Staff were extremely rude and weren't interested in apologising and... More

Ironic that the best meal I had in all of Italy was actually Mexican, and I don't say that lightly. I guess it proves that Italians take great pride in their food no matter what style they're cooking. Corn chips and guacamole are best I've ever had. Also loved the spicy salsa and some other even spicier cream sauce with... More

The service here was welcoming and just right in attentiveness. We ate delicious burritos and the freshest corn chips ever. It was great to have a healthy change after many wonderful Italian vegetarian meals. Inexpensive too. Do not let the unattractive exterior put you off. It is a feelgood place.

They do pizza and mexican food.Chilli con carne was good with tortilla chips (rather than rice), and there was one large tortilla with the chicken tortilla. (We ordered another tortilla, but they were a little hard). They also had whole (small) chickens with chips. There is seating both inside and outside (in a courtyard and alongside a canal). There are... More

A great little eatery with lovely staff however tourist menu should be taken for what it is - which is a shame a pasta (primo) course was fantastic and very authentic. Just a pity this was followed by pre-prepared pork escalope. Otherwise unable to fault. Incidentally, wine included in this 12 euro menu was very good!
