The location is right on a small canal, but in a quieter part of the city. LIke most restaurants in Venice, the prices are on the high side, but the fusion cuisine is well worth it. The staff is very friendly made you feel at home. Great choice if you want something different.

My husband and I stumbled upon this tiny restaurant in the back streets behind our Hotel Danieli. It is close to the canal & sparsely decorated on the outside - 6 tables; simple and elegant - you could easily just walk past. Inside cosy, beautiful and well furnished. We enjoyed our lunch of clam spagetti and sea bass with a... More

We were seeking something off the tourist path but without a big adventure and found this wonderful place around the corner from our hotel. It's a small place but very comfortable, casual, and inviting. They played jazz standards throughout dinner service on a Wednesday night which was a treat. We opted for the chef chosen specialty appetizers and found the... More

I was traveling with a friend, and we took a gondole ride past Luna Sentada around dinnertime-and the delicious smells made us both pause with delight. We resolved to somehow navigate back through the Venice streets to find it, and to our joy (and surprise) we managed to do so. The amuse bouche left us both speechless, and that was... More

My husband and I were recommended this restaurant by our B&B owner in Venice as one of her favourites for a litte more pricey, but delicious meal. It was located in a quiet little street near our B&B near to a typical Venetian canal and footbridge. You can tell that the owner of the restaurant wants to offer something a... More

We were recommended this by our hotel and although the food was nice we both felt that it was on the expensive side for what it was. It was nothing special and the service was average!!

We ate outside with a nice canal view and the food was good and service here was great - we just found it a bit expensive. About 100 Euro for dinner and wine - and we did not get every course. We had much better value at other dinners throughout our trip. That said, we walked by late one night... More

Stumbled across this place by accident and was firstly drawn to it by its optimal location of being canal side but not on the tourist track so nice and quiet..... Interesting menu with a take on east/west fusion and the journeys of Marco Polo.....great tasting dishes and extremely well priced....would highly recommend it....

Luna Sentada is located near to the hotel where we stayed in Venice. We walked by it often as we explored the city and decided to eat there on our last night. We were attracted by the ambiance (warm, comfortable) and were curious about the menu. The restaurant is a fusion of Italian and Asian cuisines. Their concept is to... More

We found our way to Luna Sentada on the first night of our trip to Venice. My husband had pasta shells with meat sauce and I had spaghetti with clams. Everything was excellent! The food was great and the service even better. This place set the precedent for all other restaurants to be visited in Venice. No other restaurant however,... More
