Great location: the first place you see coming of the vaporetto. Looks good and is actually pretty decent. I enjoyed a classic pizza. It was as it should be. Service was good. Place is really nice looking, classic pizzeria, including the tv in the corner, except that the owner also sells paintings, of which he has a decent collection in... More

If you are looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful, but good value, this is for you. Mussel starter was amazing and huge. Ten euros for a litre of good house wine was brilliant!

Good pizza for a decent price. One of the best in Lido and Venezia. Traditional italian pizzeria with location close to the boats. Was construction work at the time we were there, but the nice weather and good pizza made up for it;)

Stopped here for lunch during a day of sightseeing. Both had meat antipasti which was good size and very tasty, followed by pastas which were both delicious. Two courses each plus a drink was 50 euros.

We found this restaurant inviting, the food good, and the service friendly. In addition, they went the extra mile AFTER I left. I ate at this restaurant on my last night in Venice. I forgot my purse there, and without asking, they mailed my purse all the way back to the States with a nice note included. Sometimes it's the... More

With a lovely waterside setting the Isola D'Oro certainly looks inviting. However that's about the only positive I can muster for this place. Our visit didn't get off to the best of starts when we were greeted by what can only be described as a grunt from a waiter ( who we later discovered to be the manager!) We found... More

It's not that any single item was dramtically bad, it's just that there's no reason to eat in such a characterless, charmless place with such ordinary food when you're in the land of gastronomic bounty! We are staying in the Panorama Hotel right next door (I've done a separate, very positive review for this hotel), and last night when desperate... More

Given the amount of tourists in Venice, it is not surprising that many restaurants don't care about quality - most people will not be returning. This pizzeria is one of them. We ate here one night - we were tired and it was well located near the Vaporetto station. The pizza was ok, but the Tiramisu we ordered was served... More

I'm quite surprised with the review stating service at this restaurant is slow; we've been here maybe 10 times and never had to wait more than 15min. Last time was last Wednesday, before catching our boat to Piazzale Roma to go to the airport ,and I feared a long waiting time because we received some appetizers, but no....our lunch arrived...
