We went there after reading its nice review in the guide book Le Petit Futé, Venise. After searching for it in the rain for three hours and after having visited almost all the attractions of Venice in one day, we finally found it! You cannot sit there (there is no actual chair) but drinking that espresso and eating 2 or... More

This appears to be a family run establishment who take a great pride in their food as well as the surroundings. It has a cozy quality and for five minutes, while you have an espresso, you feel truly embraced by Venice. Overhead is a really beautiful miniature glass chandelier which somehow epitomises the charm of the establishment. One evening we... More

Cute little pasticceria in the heart of San Polo. Almost like a dive. It may be busy but it's worth the wait...

It is a really nice spot to have some sweet, fresh bakery and coffee. After a long walk, it is a really nice place to stop by and have some appetizers.

Ive been trying cakes and biscuits all over venice and now I feel extremely ripped off as they hav been twice as expensive and no way as good as this place! Well priced and amazing desserts! Try the tiramisu

The mandorle torte (almond cake) drew us in and we were very glad we did. The coffee, cream puffs and mandorle torte are the best. We decided that this is the BEST pastry shop in Italy. If they shipped to USA, I would order monthly from them! We were here June 2013 and will be back May 2014.

We happened upon this place accidentally, and were quite pleased to find it. Bought a zabaglione filled eclair that was very flavourful and interestingly presented -- cut in half on the bias with a piece of dentelle pressed across the open end. Also bought something called ossi -- a crunchy cocoa and almond bite sized confection/cookie that was addictive. Do... More

I ended up stopping by Bar Rizzardini three times during my four day stay in Venice; it would have been four times but it was closed one day. We stopped by for an evening spritz and twice for coffee and pastry. Both the coffee and pastry was wonderful and my wife really loved the tomato and mozzarella sandwich since she... More

Happened across this place when we were heading back to our apartment and couln't resist popping in, as I had seen it on TA. Would like to have hung on, but got two coffees to go ... oh yes and while we were waiting the temptation to have a pastry became too much. Coffee was lovely and slice of cream... More

What a great friendly little place. Used by locals and passing tourists alike, with no discrimination. Great coffee and cakes and the cheapest drinks we found in Venice. Highly recommended. Nothing more to say but have to get to 200 characters. Mary had a little lamb, its fleece was white as snow and everywhere that Mary went the lamb was... More
