Intimate restaurant with wonderful seafood dishes.

If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant with a nice and cosy atmosphere, that's your place. Delicious authentic Italian food with a nice and casual service. It's small place, around 20 seats, thus helps to keep food quality. We were lucky to have found the restaurant for dinner, far from the main stream in Venice. We also had... More

Better than the tourist traps on the main canal but by far not the best Italian I had while in Italy (even for that price range)

Welcome was personally done by owner. You did feel the "welcome" in everything. Leave the advice for the menu in the hands of the waiter/owner and you will be satisfied. Fish, dessert, ... Name it. Next time in Venice, we will go there for sure again.

A nice family-run restaurant off the beaten path in Venice. The gnocchi is a house special and their huge plate of liver will test your courage in every way possible. Decent prices and decent food. We made a reservation but they didn't have it when we showed up. Very Italian! Well worth exploring.

We had an excellent lunch - great pasta, good wine. Service was friendly, happy to help with translations, and when a dish I hadn't ordered arrived (and I started eating it without realizing!) my plate was brought along right after and at no charge. Wasn't expecting that in Venice!

We loved the food, the house wine massive deal and the hosts are a lovely couple who hummed a few songs when the osteria was closing. Highly recommended.

We got a couple of starters and two mains and only particularly liked one main. The rest was satisfactory, just nothing special and a bit overpriced. Also, the place looks clean, but there were a lot of small flies around which was a bit annoying. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Off the beaten track but no more then a 10min walk from St. Marks Sq. Venue is small, but great menu with fresh food, outstanding service and no hidden cover charges/Tax etc. a must visit for an authentic Osteria in Venice!

First, you need a reservation ! We didn't had one but the owner was kind enough to rearrange the tables for fitting all 6 of us in ! The food was 5*. When I say 5* I mean it. We ate in many cities of Italy but this was clearly the best. Try shrimp lasagna ... and you'll be amazed.... More
