We wanted to end our visit to Italy with a good seafood pasta and chose this restaurant based on a recommendation from Lonely Planet. It's a little bit out of the way, so the walk there was actually very good, taking us away from the crowds. The restaurant sits in a nice square and the outdoor seating is very good.... More

We had a reservation for dinner but had to wait, our fault as we were late. After being seated, we were quickly asked for our drink orders. Easy to accomplish since the drink menu was in English. Ordering for dinner was much more difficult as the menu was in Italian. Some words were shown in a dictionary at the back... More

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. It's located in a very nice square. The food was good but i was hoping for something special. The good thing about this place is the portions are generous. The little extras, like bruschetta and white pizza at the beginning and free limoncello at the end is what won me over.

We booked in advance and had no problem getting our table. Despite it being very hot we were very comfortable. Great cocktails and excellent food: We had pastas and steak and it was all great. Perhaps the dessert was the least good bit. The waiter was very kind in translating and explaining to us every dish in the menu. The... More

This was a favorite spot during our honeymoon. The staff was great as was the food. We enjoyed the location in the middle of the little piazza. Such fun, can't wait to return. They were incredibly generous (too much :) with their complimentary limoncello, grappa, sorbet.

The restaurant is in one of many campos (squares) in Venice. The food is delicious. I would recommend to try spaghetti al nero (spaghetti with colour fish). I also have to add that the prices are pretty high.

Went here for lunch because is was listed in one of our guidebooks. My son ordered the Zuppe di Cozze, which they described as a mussel soup. It was fantastic. A pot of mussels covered by a dough baked almost like an apple pie. It arrives at the table very dramatically. You pop the crust open and inside are delicious... More

Service was not at all good. We watched other tables get very personable and personal service from some of the waiters. I think the manager took our order but we got served by maybe the new staff? No one checked in on us. Had to keep reminding for things we ordered or asked for. Never did get the Parma for... More

There are a number of restaurants in this square - we were persuaded to try this one as they could accommodate us. Don't know why the waiters bothered - they virtually ignored us after that persistence resulted in drinks being ordered which were wrongly delivered and then came in dribs and drabs Three attempts at asking for bread eventually came... First of all we ordered Bellini for starter. It was not handmade.. But from a bottle, which was soled in the mini market for 2 euro the bottle...we paid 14!!!! Then the menu was only in Italian...and when we asked the waiter to help us he pointed out 3-4 dishes!! The salads we ordered were pre-prepared ( from Lidl /... More
