We visited here because of the very reasonable prices and the politeness of the staff as we looked at the menu. We liked it so much that we actually ate here twice during our stay! The waiters could not have been more attentive and the food and wine were equally delicious - more so that some higher priced impersonal restaurants... More

My friends and I decided to have a quick lunch and we bumped into this place. It looked pretty ordinary for Venice, that's why we didn't expect what was coming upon us... Well first of all , the waiter was so impolite, I couldn't believe it. I have never met a waiter that horrible. Secondly, the food was terrible. For... More

Wife and I went to this place twice in 2 days. The food wasn't anything to write home but it wasn't bad either. The prices were good and the atmosphere was great, hidden slightly in an alleyway. Pro's: - Pricing - Atmosphere - Wine (house wine was excellent) - Wifi!!! Con's: - Simple menu items not available (Spaghetti Bolognese only... More

Definitely skip this place. Probably the only meal in our 12 days in Italy that we regretted. Pasta did not taste fresh or homemade. Overall very unimpressed.

After failing to find some food at recommended restaurants at ~10:30 pm, we ended up in this place and ordered a take-away pizza - Quattro formaggi. The guy who took the order was impatient and impolite. When the pizza was packed, he nearly dropped the pizza box at our table. We opened the box and checked if this is infact the... More

Nice location and very friendly staff. The food was lovely and service was attentive with a smile. Very enjoyable evening.

We ate here for a late lunch. Pleasant staff, pasta dishes were much better than most Venice restaurants, and very good wine. I also had the quarter roast chicken, which was good but small, as part of a 20 euro meal, which was the best value we found in Venice. Free Wi-Fi and a covered patio also available. Definitely worth... More

We ate here our first night in Venice. We were tired from traveling all day and just wanted someplace close to our hotel. They offered a 'menu del giorno' that sounded good, so we took a table on the patio. For both my wife and me, the best part of the meal was the first course. I had gnocchi and... More

This was our worst dining experience in Venice. I had spaghetti carbonara which was tasteless and thick and claggy. Followed by a fried seafood platter which was truly awful. My fork struggled to pick up the prawns which was so overcooked and dry they were pieces of rubber and the squid were rubbery and yet again tasted of nothing. Everything... More

Can't understand the negative reviews, must have made lots of changes since last year which is when most of the bad reviews were submitted. My wife had the bruschetta which was to die for and I wish I had ordered it myself, I had the caprese which was very good but the bruschetta was out of this world. Next I... More
