Very convenient to central Venice and a favorite of locals and tourists alike Huge outdoor seating. Lots of classic Venetian buildings and cool people watching. Extended selections of flavors and combos on dessert menu. Hazelnut was amazing - creamy, flavorful. Best I've ever had. A local took us there and we returned several times. We had been at the Peggy... More

My fiancee and I went here three times for gelato in our three days in Venice. We foolishly tried a different place for gelato first. Also, this was one of the only gelato places we found near our hotel that was open past 22:00. Absolutely delicious and five minutes from our hotel. The pistachio was definitely my favorite, and my... More

Oh my word! We were recommended to visit this ice cream shop by the owner of the apartment we rented. We went once, had take away ice cream and fell in love! We came on a family holiday to Venice and were told to try the ice cream at this gelateria as we were told it was the best in Venice. After one visit, we fell in love with the silky smooth ice cream and the warm friendly service. Since then, we visited the restaurant almost every day of our trip and... More

This place is excellent. Lovely atmosphere, it's in a huge square but despite this it is a quiet location. A Venetian recommended the ice cream as the best in venice, true, it's great. You MUST try the Caffe alla Venetizana soooo delicious!

Accidentally, my children have bought ice cream to take away into the cones as I have chosen this cafe to sit in with my wife. We were literally kicked out in a VERY rude way as out children have found us. Very embarassing experience. I will never go to this place again!

One of the best ice creams I have ever eaten. Gelateria Paolin was open in the late evening, and I wanted an icy dessert after the dinner. I ordered a medium portion of lemon and green apple ice cream (3,00€). It was so good that immedietaly after eating the first ice cream, I returned there for a second time and... More

A lovely little gelateria in Venice. Lovely food, and their speciality drink of coffee, chocolate and cream was to die for. Was a little pricey (4 drinks and 4 snacks was 41 euros) but the vibe was great. Ice creams were excellent and service was as well.

All 5 of us grabbed a small cone (very reasonably priced) after dinner one night. All of us chose different flavours....all delicious. The tiramisu, in particular, was super creamy and yummy.

I had a scoop of Coffee Ice Cream and an espresso coffee. I am not impressed by my ice cream. It does not taste much of coffee. It is disappointing. Italian ice cream usually taste better.
