We made reservation on the basis of TA reviews. It is 15-20 minute walk from the town center of Padova, located in a non-descript strip mall. The restaurant however is cutely and nicely set up. Fresh herbs sit in vases on the small bar, ready for use in the kitchen for meal preparation. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating.... More

Overall: One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Great food, great atmosphere, and great hosts. The restaurant serves traditional Sardinian food, so the menu is filled with fresh seafood. Although the owners do not speak much English, we were able to communicate by pointing and choosing what we wanted. As others have mentioned, the owners are amazing and... More

It began as a big mistake because I had seen the review about great pizza relating to this restaurant and that's what we felt like so off we went. There was no menu on the door , so we went in anyway , were greeted by a rather exhuberant waiter in a big black floppy hat with a friendly smile... More

We visited the restaurant during our honeymoon. Though the resto is not cheap, it's worth every penny! The food was delicious and the owner couple are really sweet people, very friendly and with a great sense of humour. Our night was a perfect dinner-show, this place is highly recommended!

The owners of this restaurant Andriano and Nina are a lovely couple . Andriano is the chef and his wife Nina waits on tables. The restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel (Belludi 37). We wanted a fish dinner and were not disappointed. Given our dietary constraints (kosher) Nina went out of her way to make sure we selected... More

I took my partner here for his 40th Birthday, all I can say is the food was amazing, plentiful, beautiful servings so much so to the point I actually couldn't stop eating. I do recommend this place very easy to find with a map on a smartphone, the staff running the restaurant were all very friendly and warming which made... More

It's not very easy to find, but it's a nice place where to get a great pizza and some nice cocktails! Friendly staff and quiet atmosphere, unusual and satisfying!

My wife and I decided to try Tio Pepe as it was very close to our accommodation on our visit to Padova. What a discovery it was! The chef and his partner are unbelievably welcoming and friendly,  and the cuisine and wine,  all from their native Sardinia, are excellent. We were so taken that we want back twice before my... An absolute must see! Having dinner at Tio Pepe's is truly an extraoridnary experience. First of all, the owners are so incredibly nice and they instantly made us feel at home. You can tell that they are so passionate about their food and culture. There is no regular menu, you choose between fish or meat and then the endless line of... More

The place doesn't look that inviting from the outside - don't be put off, the food is amazing. On the evening we visited it was very quiet. We don't have very much Italian and the owners didn't have very much English but that really didn't matter. No menu, a simple choice, fish or meat, I had fish, my husband choose... More
