Description: La Romana gelato parlour was born in the heart of the historic centre of Rimini in 1947, receiving the name of the founder's daughter. A few years later Vito Zucchi, progenitor of the family, took over the enterprise. Thanks to his fervent creativity and the use of a few ingredients then available, he created a wide range of high-quality flavours which are still made in our stores today. For this reason, we offer traditional flavours made exclusively with selected products, following old recipes of the past.

I'm from four years in Padua and I try almost all ice cream shops. At La Romana was the best ice cream that I eat it. Have also a good price. You really have to try it.

A different kind of ice cream, wide selection, good service and friendly staff. Ice Cream was very good but tends to melt easily.

lately known as one of the best ice-cream in Padua.. i've tried it a couple of times, and I must say it's nothing special. Flavors are too sweet, and it is not homemade at all. there are many better

a little on the fatty side, but outrageous flavors (ricotta ice cream with caramelized figs). got to be one of the best, if not the best in town.

My Darling loves his gelato . The gelato here is seriously delicious. The chocolate deep and rich ...the pistachio light and genuinely flavoured. The yoghurt unctuous and divine. what more is there to say.

The icecream is delicious! The best in the city. Many flavors of the typical Italian ice cream tradition. It's a must, don't miss it...

This gelato shop was right across the street from our hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect. This gelato is AMAZING!!! Very creamy, soft, and delicious. I was here for a weekend and went here every night after dinner. The flavors I loved were stracciatella and dark chocolate. Highly recommend if in Padua!!!

After being in rome for 6 days and trying over 20 galeto places, I must say this is by far the best, scoring full marks in all elements: customer service, quality and value for money. At Romana, there is over a dozen flavours to choose from which are all nice, whichever you choose, my favourite I would recommend is pistachio... More
