Had a little time before our appointment at the Capella Scrovegni and found this place based on the reviews and proximity to the Basilica. The place is at once friendly, clean and comfortable. THe menu is full of both fish and meat items from the region and a fantastic wood burning pizza oven as well as a buffet with all... More

We stopped for lunch on our day trip to Padua. The restaurant was recommended in a travel guide which up to this point had been dead on. The pizza was good, not great. The salad was good. The bread was excellent. It was not very cheap and the service charge was 2,50 Euros per person. The per person which was... More

Excellent pizza made on wooden fired oven and good salads. Nice calm ambient during lunch time. English speaking waiters.

Pizza was good and so was the salad on a separate night. It's a popular restaurant, convivial atmosphere, pleasant staff. I ate there in the early evening, and by the time I left, it was filling up.

Kinda says it all, doesn't it? Wow. I got the diavolo. 8.50 euro. I just stumbled on it--it wasn't until after I ate and walked out the door that I saw the Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence on the door. Justly deserved. Go here.

This is a great restaurant - so great we visited twice during our recent visit to Padua. Excellent food and very reasonable prices...much better than other area restaurants we looked at. The pasta was cooked perfectly. The cacio e pepe I had one night was brilliant - simple but soooo tasty - as it should be! The pizza was excellent... More

We happened upon this pizzeria one evening and had a lovely meal. The pizzas are wood fired with relatively thin, but perfect crust. Toppings and salads are very fresh, including the Octopus. The house wine was a nice complement. One impressive thing was the large number of locals both eating in as well as high volume take out from what... More

This restaurant was just up the street and to the right of our hotel the Donatello. The salad selection is especially imaginative. Everything was spot on including the service. Not especially cheap though you could eat well by splitting a pasta or pizza and a salad. Would strongly recommend.
