We recently ate lunch at this restaurant. We came as collectors of Buon Ricordo plates, which almost always leads to a good meal. The speciality dish here is a first course of tortelli with baccala (dried and salted cod) which was very enjoyable. I also had a mixed seafood and vegetable fry which was excellently prepared. My wife had the... More

This is a hundred yards or so from the Plaza Hotel, and we didn't want to walk further after a long day. This was a very good decision. The staff are real "old pros", and there is a front area and a more formal back area. The food was good, with outstanding first courses. We would go again.

We happened across this restaurant on a Wednesday late-afternoon stroll and its setting appealed to us, so we went back around 8pm and were lucky to get in. The charming, personable, elderly, multi-lingual maitre d’ made our meal an experience from start to finish, sitting as we were in the covered terrace area, near the door. His menu recommendations and... More

an employee at our Hotel, Grand Italia, recommended this little restaurant. We walked in about 730. Without booking. It was am amazing Italian meal with excellent service and very reasonable price. We were only in Padua one night but spent 3 weeks touring Italy. This was truly one of our best restaurants.

I had dinner with two friends at this lovely restaurant. The waiter was very helpful, and directed one of my friends away from the lasagne, but towards something more delicious - the gnocchi. I had the julienne of asparagus, and the sea bass, and both were really great, fresh, delicious, and a lovely change. Padova is a great place, not... More

A formal business dinner in 5, which quickly turned into a pleasant "soiree" of chats and laughs thanks to good food and good wine, suggested by the expert personnel. The (double) menu is rich by itself, with meat and fish to please any wish. The "Sformato di zucca su crema di Gorgonzola" was a surprise, as well as the simple... More

On the Corso Milano. Black and white enclosed and cooled outdoor seating. Elegant but not stuffy. Very helpfull maitre'd. Interesting salads and the most amazing preparation of Branzino. Large round thin slice almost covering the plate, prepared with cherry tomatoes and herbs in a very hot oven. Sweet tasting and tender beyond words. We dined early but a little later... More
