Wonderful lobster

We had a delicious dinner on a lovely outdoor covered porch with a friendly and helpful waiter. On his recommendation we split the lobster and seabass entrees. Both were delicious but we were surprised that the lobster was cold, more of a salad than an entree so were were still hungry when... read more

The restaurant is wonderful. There are several menus from which to order. My first course was a salad of shrimp, canteloupe, and rucola. The second course was a pasta course that was delicious. I finished with a tagliata of beef that was cooked to perfection. The prices were very reasonable for a restaurant of such high quality. The service was... More

The restaurant is a short walk beyond the historic center. We ate in the large covered porch (which has Michael Schumacher's racing outfit on display). Staff suggested an excellent asparagus carboanara and bigoli with chicken/rabbit ragu (traditional and local).

hotel said best in Padua. Not last night. Octopus starter was great, then went downhill. Asked for fresh white asparagus, which large stalks were centerpieces on many tables.. Told not possible... Eggplant Parmigiana was average at best.. way too much cheese for me. I could not eat it. seems they forgot to cook my entree... a pork filet with little... More

Located in a very lovely space a short walk from the pedestrian zone, I had a partly good meal. I began with asparagus salad, which really had no taste, even after I put on salt and olive oil (it'd come undressed, just thinly sliced). This was followed by a delicious green lasagna. The owner is a gentlemanly host.

We returned after 3 years to this excellent restaurant. We were welcomed as if we were very regular guests. What a difference it makes if the staff are friendly and communicative. The owner recommended a fine wine at €13.50! It was excellent and made by a small cooperative which supports the reintegration of drug-dependent persons into society by offering them... More

the food might not be the best in Padova, but the combination of good food, good ambiance, very friendly host, and good wine makes it one of the places to go. If you you are a F1 fan, then it's a must.

There are several menus available and our waiter was most apologetic that we had not been given the special Baccala (salted cod) menu. He then enthusiastically took us through this menu and on his recommendation we tried starters and main courses from it, along with some reasonably priced wine that he also recommended. Overall a lovely experience in a nice... More

if you would like to spend an evening and enjoy a meal I believe that place is good for it. The service is good . In menu you can find as local dish as usual Italian. The price is not so cheap for that city but absolutely acceptable if you compare with Roma or Milano. Quality and taste of dishes... More
