This is one of the oldest "gelaterie" in Padova. Bepi, the old owner was quite a character, and really an artist in making ice creams.
Now, in the shop you'll find his son, Jacopo or his brother, that are trying to keep up their father's work. The place is exactly as it was twenty years ago, same counter, same plastic...

A good reason to come back home and something that I do miss when abroad. Try one of the fruit flavours and you'll understand what I'm taking about. The very best place to be for an ice cream

Forget all the other tourist stuff, forget Pedrocchi...after the Cappella, just go hang out with the ultra-passionate Jacopo at Gelateria da Bepi!
