A fine and tastful atmosphere to enjoy everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner. The light and contemporary cuisine of our joung Chef delight your palate with the flavours of the Mediterranean as well as the tastes of the South Tyrolean mountains for your lunch break with colleagues, an elegant dinner or a special occasion. The Chef mixes only fresh and seasonal products from the region with fair trade herbs. A rich wine list concentrates its offer on the prestigious local and national specialties. The Restaurant Laurin has been reviewed from the major travel and culinary guides. Among them, Manuel Astuto has been awarded as "Emerging Talent 2013" from the magazine Horeca (Il Sole 24 Ore) while our restaurant team won the "Service Award 2014" of the Gault Millau guide.

Excellent service and great service

This restaurant serves great food, with service in top. The servers are friendly, out spoken, and serves you in high class. The food is excellent and after the appetizer and main course we where served an "amouch bouch" and a small free desert. The bread on the side was all home made and tasted... read more

We were staying at the sister hotel - Hotel Greif and thought we'd try dinner here one night. Our wait staff spoke perfect English - so when I asked about the gnocchi- she told me how the chef prepared it. I was anticipating the flavor - but sadly it came out cold in the middle and so UNDER cooked it... More

We had a special menu which was lobster focussed. Alle 4 courses were delicious. The crew was cooking in an open kitchen in the garden and Sonia, the maître, was the perfect host.

Sat out side the front of the hotel watching the world go by. Lovely food, small beautifully presented portions. We both had sea bass, which was perfectly cooked. The service was excellent and the recommended wine lovely. Topped off by coffee and a liquor in the hotel garden

What a treat! Unfortunately, we have been brought to restaurant or banquet events where the food was less than fair. So for the last night, one of the attendees of our team suggested to eat at the hotel's restaurant. What a great idea! It was Mother's Day so we celebrated the women of our lives with their menu. The food... More

First meal was lunch in the Garden, My wife did choose the prawns in a odd sour sauce but she did like it. But 6 small prawns did not her stomach full so the next dish was Spagetthi Pomodoro which she happily did finish. I had Spagetthi with Lobster and I did like it and so did my wife as... More

We go to the Laurin as a special treat and it is always wonderful. The food is first class, the setting is elegant and the service discreet and highly professional. One waiter remembered us after over a year, even what we did for a living. This attention to detail makes it a pleasure to visit, it is the best restaurant... More

Set within the 5 star hotel this restaurant was a welcomed find in a city and region known for top quality food. The food was very tasty, seasoned well and presented nearly with a modern twist. The tartar was Just so so, but presented beautifully, and the ravioli tickled the taste buds very nicely indeed. The carrot sauce was light... More

Although a hotel restaurant, located in nice room and excellent food is offered. Prices are on the higher side but quality, presentation and taste justify. Wine list extensive, however costly. As guest of hotel you also have the opportunity for a fixed price menu. Staff very friendly.
