Great Place for simple yet local and tasty dinner. I was lucky to get a table walking in without a reservation. Felt welcome although I was coming solo. Try the Soup as a starter and then go with the Speck and Cheese Platter, I can recommend it !

Outdoor and indoor seating near the market. The food was wonderful and the service was excellent. There is a pleasing mix of Italian and German food offerings on the menu.

I recently visited Anita Restaurant for a quick lunch while in Bolzano on business. Anita's is nicely decorated in the Austrian/German Stube (parlor) style; having wood floors, heavy wood tables and chairs/benches for seating. It was an inviting atmosphere. Anita's seemed to be quite popular, both with locals and visitors, as they serve a combination of typical Italian cuisine and... More

First of all Bolzano is a fantastic town worth visiting, and I strongly urge you to stop by Anita for lunch. We went there twice last week (Easter 2013). The pasta is superb (my wife recommends the gnocchi with truffle sauce, I recommend the penne arrabiata) The place has a superb atmosphere ... the walls in the back room are... More

This small restaurant is located just off the Piazza della Erbe. We thought the food was of such good quality and value that we ate there twice. It is family owned and clearly a local favorite as well.
