If you know that you are eating in a tourist hotspot and are realistic then this really is ok. As a family of four with one night in Turin on a national holiday during the city's two week "holiday" where the city is virtually deserted you don't have much choice. That said you could do a lot worse than Da... More

Location is everything here in my view, as you sit at a great spot on Turin's main piazza. An excellent outdoor dining experience therefore. Food was good too. We had a mixed assortment of meat to start with which was a big portion and good quality. And then we had very tasty pizza's, not the thin southern-Italy type, but more... More

Worst service! As we walked in, it was around 15.a polite waiter told us where to seat and right after the old man told us in an very unpolite way that we need to choose quickly. We were shocked as we asked if the kitchen is still on.. Can't complain much of the food but of the service. In the... More

an archetypal italian restaurant: serious about the food, but doesn't take itself too seriously . . . not trying to be anything it is not - a simple restaurant with excellent local food and fair prices. incredibly friendly and family run - interesting, diverse menu, with seasonal specials - but also perfect for a pizza. go before da michele and... This is a very good restaurant. We had to wait a very, very long time to get a table. But, they can't be blamed for how popular they are and the wait was worth it. I had the swordfish. Absolutely fantastic. Very thick and meaty. Cooked excellently. My wife had lamb and loved it and the potatoes it came with.... More

This small fun place was a perfect dinner spot for us after a day of sightseeing in Turin. The pizza's were great and the service was awesome. Highly recommend Da Michele!

We arrived at a packed Da Michele's on a Saturday lunchtime, popped in to reserve a table and came back an hour or so later to be seated. We're so glad we waited! The food comes right out of a wood-fired oven, hot, fresh and full of flavour. The house wine is perfect and the tarte tatin is absolutely perfect.... More

Good to say, the food is good. Ok, not the best I ever eat in Turin, but quite good and enough to be evaluated as excellent by my (German) guests. The location on one edge of Piazza Vittorio is really amazing and the tables outside provide a veru good sightseeing. Weak points: it was a business meeting, so I wasn't... More
