Classy restaurant to ring in 2016

Our neighbour recommended this restaurant to us for a nice dinner in Torino on New Year's Eve. The restaurant itself is beautiful, the location is very central to Piazza Castello in the heart of the city, and the food is refined and delicate. Great fish dishes and yummy desserts! We ended up having dinner on a Sunday night at this restaurant. Even though the combination of sushi and Italian cuisine sounded a bit weird to us we really enjoyed everything we ordered (from the Italian cuisine part). We ordered Veal tongue and Quinoa salad for starters. Both outstanding, espexially the tender tasteful tongue. For main course we both preferred... More

Great location, very central inside the Galleria Subalpina in the very heart of Torino. The restaurant itself is beautiful and really impactful with its chapel-like vast arcades. The tables are well spaced giving enough privacy: this makes the restaurant the right place either for a business meal or for a date. Sushi is good, fresh and not excessively expensive. The... More

I live in Turin. I was told about this restaurant from my acquaintance. I went there on friday 13, november. Everything was okay but the only thing annoying me was the old man at the front desk at that time. His attitude was terrible and it was a very unpleasant experience. He was the worst man that i ever met.... More

I have been to this restaurant with my wife and my mother in law. We took dishes from italian an japonese menu and both were a shame. La Pasta al castelmagno didn't taste of any castelmagno cheese, and swimed in oil (awful). The sushi/sashimi was poor in quality and quantity, especially considering the high price

This restaurant is one of my favorites in Turin, it has a great atmosphere, it is in a great central location, it is very charming. Also, the combination of foods on the menu is very particular, going from typical Piedmont dishes to sushi. Interesting fact: they were the first restaurant in Turin to start serving sushi! Definitely a must!

Ate there the other night. Very good wine list and the food was excellent. They also have sushi, which even though in Italy, one in our party tried & it was outstanding. The also have meat dishes, but we stuck with fish that night. The Galleria is a nice place where you can eat outside but not really. The only... More

Great location Torino downtown, in a traditional "Galleria" a few mitutes from piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello and piazza Vittorio. I use to take foreign customers here for business dinners because of the tipical "piemontese" food. Great wines selection. Ottimo il filetto di Fassone.

What a dilemma! 2 favourite foods in one restaurant I quickly settled for the Italian menu and was delighted with the choices. The wine recommendation was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The setting is grand and impressive but I spent the dinner being frustrated that I had to pick between my two favourite foods! You can pick and... More

This is the second time for me in this restaurant and I found the same level of food quality and service. The restaurant has a good variety of local flavors and also you can have some Sushi if your like. Obviously I would prefer to try the local cuisine. Wine selection is awesome with very good recommendations from our server.... More
