Very good slow food restaurant

Very friendly restaurant.. a warm feeling when entering this restaurant... the food is excellent and highlights slow food options..the service feels like just being at home. Honestly, one of the best locations in turin. I would recommend the dishes with artichoke.

Typical Piedmontese dishes with great quality, abundant portions and average price. If you are a foreigner who wants to try real local food with also a nice service, go here and you'll never regret. Tipici piatti piemontesi (uno dei migliori vitelli tonnati) fatti con prodotti di alta qualità in porzioni decisamente adeguate.

This restaurant offers real quality: seasonal vegetables (artichokes last week), fantastic beef, accurate suggestions and very good wines. Location and venue are also interesting. The starter (tortino di carciofi) however was surely heated up in the microwave (something which should be banned) and came with its characterically sticky heat. Surprised also to hear staff complaining about need to handle English... More

Late dinner recommended by our hotel. Glad there Was something open at 1030pm on a Sunday night :) Ordered the octopus starter, tagliatelle with sausage cooked in red wine and the slow cooked steak. Food and service was good! The waiter was very friendly with wine recommendations. Slightly pricey than original thought it would be given the prices paid for... More

A restaurant with no thrills, but you get enough not sophisticated Piemonte dishes for an excellent price. Great deal!

It is a well placed restaurant in the Torino downtown. The food is good. Nothing spectacular, but it could be recommended if you want show a night italian enviroment. The service likeable. But, the speed is better supported with a glass of wine. Wine selection acceptable (I am not a supporter of italian wines, honestly) The price is middle/high. Summarizing:... More

The aim of this restaurant is an overview of traditional cuisine of Liguria and Piemonte. Perfect recipes and high level of ingredients. The ambience is warm and intimate, in "provencal style". At the end the bill is "friendly". Extremely good.

I walked by La Via Del Sale by chance and decided to try it the following night. Inspite of what was eventually a packed house on a Friday night, the team accomodated us and we were treated to fun, entertaining, memorable service. I'm not sure if its a family or not runnning things, but they clearly work well in concert... More

We love Torino and there are lots of wonderful restaurants. However, this night we wanted something simple and close to,our hotel (Sitea). We happened upon this place and got a table without a reservation, shear luck! The fungi porcini menu was being served so risotto was delicious. The wine list is very nice and desserts are out of this world.... More

We enjoyed a fabulous meal last night based on our hotel recommendation. Our waiter was charming and extremely helpful. The food was amazing and delicious. It had a very homely feel to the restaurant and filled with locals. A fantastic night. Highly recommend.
