A must if you are visiting Turin

Took us a while to find but it was worth it. 5 of us had Bicerin and one Classic Hot Chocolate. The shop was very busy but we were quickly served. The chairs and tables outside could be replaced with something better looking and more comfortable.

the Best chocolates at Turin! These chocolates are a little expensive but definitely a Must. I had already heard about this store at a tourism center but I would go again if I had the opportunity to try exquisite chocolates

Being that gianduia (aka gianduja) was invented in Piemonte, I had to seek the best to try. I love the combination of chocolate and hazelnut and the gianduia at Guido Gobino really puts Nutella to shame. I was able to taste some samples at the shop, which is kitty-comer from the Eqyptian Museum. I purchased a small box for 11€,... More

We spent ten days in Torino and went there almost daily to savour their home made "cioccolata calda" despite the sweltering heat! It is THAT good, irresistible. They have various hot and cold chocolate drinks amongst others apart from their traditional chocolate bars and "cioccolatini". Service is always with a smile and the staff take their time to explain about... More

I get to Turin for family reasons two or three times a year and never fail to return to this cioccolateria... This is a place where chocolate becomes sublime (is it possible? yes if you have tasted what chocolate can become commercially anywhere..).. don't miss it.. and don't miss their ganache collection..!

Stopped by for an espresso. Very friendly and efficient service. Don't be put off by the small size of the place. The espresso was cheap, tasted great, and came with a selection of chocolates. I definitely recommend a stop. It was a very convenient half-way point from the Shroud exhibition to the train stati9on in Turin.

What to tell about Gobino? Torino is for sure the town of outstanding "Nougat" with all its Gianduja. You can spend here a fortune on fantastic kinds of chocolates. Guido Gobino is for sure an address you do not want to miss if you are looking for a good cost ratio in your purchase! As all these shops in Torino... More

Fosr chocolate lovers when in Turin this is a MUST! For the varieties of chocolates, bonbons and especially for the accurate work this chocolate artisan puts in his creations. Must go it's just outside the Egyptian museum.....
