Just went there couple hours ago and the word disappointed is not in our dictionary. The lady at the counter was very kind to allow us tasting several chocolates before finally deciding which chocolate we want to buy. We ended up staying half hour only to taste different kind of their famous giandoutti, cremelin, last but not least their ganache.... More

I have to mention first that we did not sit down really, we just came here to buy the famous chocolate. I bought huge chunks of the white and milk chocolate with nuts. (Mind that the bars are much thicker than a normal chocolate bar, so when you want to buy a small amount you really need to tell them... More

I went in to buy chocolate to take away and ended up staying in-house for a hot chocolate. It arrives in a small jug, with fresh cream, and a little side of colourful chocolate truffles. The consistency was nearly pudding like, and tasted heavenly with the cream.

As we really like chocolate we had read up before we got to Turin and had decided this shop was a must visit. It is a wonderful shop, the waft of cocoa and spice wafts on the air to tempt you. We bought a large box of mixed chocolates and a 150g box of Guido Gobino Giandujotto Maximo Cioccolato Gianduja.... More

We were so looking forward to getting to Turin and trying some of this famous chocolate, hot chocolate and bicerin. What better place to go. Well, the service ain't great. Bicerin is vile. The hot chocolate is ok, NOTHING SPECIAL.

We read somewhere that Turin had a chocolate tour but found it was only in December so we decided to make our own tour. Of all the chocolate shops we found open ( apparently there is a chocolate season) this was the one store that graciously offer samples of each flavor and sold mixed bags of chocolates. Even with our... More

I'm not a chocolate lover but after getting curious by so many good reviews I went to check that out. Fellows, this guy (Guido Gobino) is an artist of chocolate. You will find the best of chocolate mixed with exotic spices and in many different forms. I think, with no exaggerations, I had the best chocolate of my life. The... More

Tried a chocolate frappé, which for it's size was expensive at 6 euros. I's say it was about half the size of the smallest Starbucks cup. However, it was some of the best tasting chocolate I have ever had, with reassuring chuncks of dark chocolate in the bottom of the cup when i finished. It's more a shop setup with... More
