On our third night in Milan it was really good finding this restaurant and even more important finding a bottle of wine for less than the minimum central area price of €40. We were able to sit outside on a warm March evening, some of the best March weather for years apparently. We had Lasagnette Rag and Linguine Tonno and... More

Offering several varieties of freshly made mozzarella, great wine and good music, Obika is a trendy place in fashionable Brera to stop after shopping or a visit to galleries and museum. Service is good, though relaxed - you aren't rushed along even while very popular with the crowds. Interesting music.

The food was excellent but fairly expensive. Also the service was quite slow because it was busy; it was a Saturday night but even still I expected better service. At one point we were without cutlery and plates for our shared starter.

While this is not the cheapest place to try local foods, they work very hard to source everything, especially the wide choice of mozzarellas, from the best providers. Portions are adequate and service is good. If you are passing and want an experience away from the mass-produced, then this is the place for higher grade Italian cuisine.

We were truly excited about visiting the mozzarella bar after hearing about it on the internet, however, unforrtunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. Firstly the staff were quite abrupt and secondly the food was just above average. We tried 2 of the mozzarella's, this included the smoked one as we haven't come across this style before - I... More

An Italian friend of mine suggested me and my friends this restaurant during our Christmas holiday in Italy. It's a mozzarella bar, just like it was a sushi bar, a great idea! I chose the pizza with bufala, absolutely gorgeous, really recommended! My boyfriend took the tagliere with a wide range of meats and cheese. Everyone was really happy with... More

We were in the restaurant to have an aperitivo with friends. Not mention the food is getting much less than before: I was there 4 years ago and it was an aperitif buffet at 12 euro and now it become 10 euro but only a small plate of 3 slices of sausage, some mozzarella cheese, with a drink. Anyway, the... More

We had a great mozzarella here (Volturno the best), good red wine and nice elegant location. Slightly expensive considering the food quantity.

After a week of dining in Northern Italy, the menus start to look the same. What Obika does differently, in addition to being a mozzarella bar (a new concept for me) is to focus on select Italian staples & ingredients and ensure they are the very best, the freshest. When you walk into the sleek, modern interior, you will be... More

The best meal in Milan by far! The sharing menu for 3-4 people was a great way to try different cheeses.....going from mild to strong. The smoked mozzarella was really unusual...i couldn't have eaten this to myself but was great to share it....plenty to share between 3 with an additional selection of meat and olives. Plenty of locals in there... More
